I was freaking out! After much arguing, they agreed to pay the repair of my phone after I took it to Apple. I had them write out a contract so that I wouldn't end up eff-ed up after their wrong doing. This place is freaking TERRIBLE!!!! Despite his insistence on not adding anything extra, the employee acted as if those add-ons were mandatory and made the process unnecessarily difficult. Shortly after, I visited the same location to have my broken phone fixed. The employee who helped me (possibly the same brown-haired woman who assisted my husband) did not discuss or mention any additional services being added to my account. However, the next day I noticed new charges on my bill and received an email confirming I had been enrolled in a home protection plan--something I never requested or authorized. It's unacceptable to enroll customers in paid services without their consent. This feels deceptive and dishonest, and it seems to be a recurring issue at this location. I urge others to double-check their bills and use the AT&T app or emails to verify that no unauthorized changes have been made after visiting this store. AT&T, please investigate this location and resolve these unauthorized charges immediately.

Talk with the manager/owner then his friends come in and completely ignores me for 10 minutes. Says he doesn't have the tool come back tomorrow. Monday comes, I return and explain to one of the staff I would like it repaired if he provides me clear cost or to know if it can not be repaired. Doesn't use a tool or anything calls a guy and says they won't give price until they are done. Insurance only covers the lower of replacement or repair and unwilling to say what the cost is. His response "WHATs in it for ME?" I'd prefer to shop at a small family shop like this, so would love to endorse, but lack of integrity and can't even provide a written quote of what he would charge. #shame on the lack of integrity; it represents everything currently wrong with Miami, when there is so much good in this wonderful city
