In the early afternoon the next day, I received a text saying the laptop was ready. When I picked it up, I asked if he could replace by Iphone 12 battery for a little less than Apple would have charged me. He did it while i waited. Not only did he replace it, but he cleaned my phone case as well. Great customer service. I highly recommend this location.

The service on this specific day was very specific and efficient. Came back here recently to get clarification on how to dismiss an additional phone line I had but the wait to be serviced was a little bit longer than expected. About 30-35 minutes long to be specific. I am guessing the difference in times of day plays a huge difference as when I initially was here I was immediately serviced but it was around 7:30pm, while my most recent visit here was around 4pm so I guess a bit more of a daily volume. Nonetheless, was still able to take care of what was needed involving my phone without any issues. Overall, decent location but maybe could use additional staff to move along service a bit quicker during peak hours.

Sporadically and usually daily, my phone starts behaving as though it's being touched when nothing touches it. It spazzes out until I lock the screen. It sometimes starts right back up glitching, sometimes not, but altogether my experience with my phone has become unreliable and extremely inconvenient. I have been back to Baraboom several times explaining the issue, but the phone would never be glitching when I was there. The first time I came in an explained the problem they said to come back when it was glitching and they would replace the screen free of charge. Fast forward 5 months, and I'm still dealing with the same problem. Every time I go in and ask for help, they give me the same answer. Recently I was with a friend when my phone started glitching and she was able to record a video of it. I went to the store again today to show them the video -it's Ike the 4th or 5th time I've come by now- and they tell me if I want a new screen it will be $40, since it's been so long since the screen was replaced. If this was the first time I had come in I would probably understand, but they knew I had been having an issue that entire time. Now I just feel like I was taken for a ride. I don't want to spend any more money at a place that has given me such faulty hardware and unsatisfactory results.
