Overall, I had a fantastic experience. I brought in my Asus Zenbook because a few of the keys were…read morenonfunctional. I was quoted $150 (plus tax and merchant fees) to diagnose the issue. That price felt reasonable, so I asked what exactly it included. The policy was explained to me along the lines of: "We can usually cover the cost of parts within this price, but occasionally there are outliers where additional costs may be necessary depending on the repair." Honestly, I found that even more reasonable. We live in a world where tech manufacturers care less and less about repairability and seem to believe you're better off just buying a new device instead of fixing the one you have. Asus itself charges a minimum diagnostic fee of $99, and that doesn't even include shipping. At that point, I can only imagine what the communication and turnaround time would look like. After a few days of diagnostics, it was explained to me that I would need a new keyboard. Most of the keys simply needed a little work to get functioning again, but unfortunately my "C" key was completely done for, which was obviously out of their control. A replacement keyboard was ordered from a relatively local supplier, but it arrived defective, so we had to pivot to another option from China. What really impressed me was that they returned my laptop to me while we waited for the new keyboard to arrive. That wasn't even something I had considered as a possibility. Even though the repair wasn't complete yet, I greatly appreciated being able to use my laptop in the meantime. That is absolutely not something you'd get from the manufacturer. The estimated arrival time for the replacement keyboard was about a month, but it actually showed up in only about two and a half weeks. I was psyched. I dropped my laptop off in the morning right when they opened, and it was ready for pickup by the end of the same day. Best of all, I was told there would be no additional charges beyond the original quote. Both of the gentlemen behind the counter were thoughtful, considerate, and professional throughout the entire process. The pricing was highly reasonable, the communication was excellent, and I got my laptop back in perfect shape in a timely manner. Highly, highly recommend.

Honestly, they are very honest and friendly. I'll definitely go back there every time I need to fix my phone or any other device. If I had gone anywhere else, they definitely would've charged me just for the update.

After a pretty disappointing interaction with another staff member previously, I wasn't exactly enthusiastic about going in, but I had to get a replacement phone ASAP. My experience with those ladies was so much better! They were friendly, informed, smart, funny and genuinely wanted to help me as a customer. There were so many points throughout that visit where I wondered if it'd be too creepy to ask if we could all just hang out IRL. (I decided it was and held back... But there's always next time.) T-Mobile needs more staff like Draya and Hayden, and here's why: as a customer to a cell phone carrier, there's no guarantee you'll always like the terms of your plan, the company's policies, or every customer service interaction you get. But if there are a decent amount of interactions with pleasant, helpful, courteous, kind and fabulous folks, you're more likely to be willing to sit with the challenging times. So, ladies like these make a huge difference! Thank you!

No one knew anything and they just made the whole setup more complicated than it really was. As soon as I arrived here and told them my issue, they knew right away how to solve it. No questioning, no trying to change the plan I had chosen to try and fix the problem, no confusion whatsoever. The CS that you phone really need to be trained better. I totally forgot the name of the guy who helped me...and I had even asked his name so I could him a shout out on here...but he was amazing! Very knowledgeable guy and very sweet. Thanks T-Mobile! Go train those CS people please!

I went in because I had $10 tablet line and the tablet broke so I went in to get a new tablet to replace the old one and keep the old line for $10. The guy who worked there understood what I said and replaced the tablet for the $10 a month. Well my monthly statement comes in and it's more money than usual. He kept the $10 tablet line and added a whole other tablet line for $30 a month so now I'm paying $40 a month for one tablet that should have been only $10 a month. Customer service on the phone sucks just as much and now I'm stuck paying $15 a month for a tablet line just because the employee was being shady and added another line to my plan without my knowledge. I hate metro customer service and especially their store employees shadiest people ever. I

I'm on my lunch, making awesome time, then the phone call to a Metro Representative. He was long winded, kept asking the same things over and over, said once I got the email to sign we would be done. Waited and no email, by this time my anxiety is rolling, hot flashing, sweating, and wanting to reach out and touch someone! Esme brought me water, took the call over, and finally got through it. While I'm dying Andrea put together a little swag bag in appreciation of being a loyal customer and not melting to the floor. THANK YOU SO MUCH! These ladies deserve all things good and will always be my favorite Reps!
