I don't like having to give all of my information to somebody who types it in to a tablet and then tells me someone else will help me. I also don't like that the customer to employee ratio at this store always seems about 10 to 1, no matter time of year. My least favorite thing is that I cannot shop this store alone. There are so many hidden charges, different prices, etc., that you really don't know what anything costs without the help of a clerk. I like to go to stores and really don't like buying everything over the internet. Places like this are starting to change my opinion of that. So much for an "emotional connection" with your customers.

It didn't help at all. It just says call failed. Sometimes I can get on a call for a few minutes but it cuts out until it finally fails. Wally wouldn't help me since I am authorized user on the plan under my nickname and not the name on my license. Then he said he can do nothing to help me. He called over a friend and they talked about it for awhile and then he started asking me "what's even wrong with the phone? Why are you here?" I needed to have my touch screen replaced because it had a crack, so I brought it in to them to…read morereplace it. I gave Reed the computer to figure out what screen they needed to order. They never called me back saying it's ready for the downpayment so they can order the screen, so it was just sitting in their shop for a week and I had to go in there to check because the semester started 4 days earlier. Then they ordered it and I waited 2 weeks for them to call me to say it came and is ready to replace. They never called, so I had to go in to see if the screen came in. When paying for the rest of it, they forgot to include the downpayment that I had, so I paid an extra $200 (which I went back a couple days later to get reimbursed). The screen itself is low quality plastic. It's not as smooth as the glass I had, and something got messed up in the sensors and sometimes doesn't work. They didn't even ask if I wanted a plastic screen, they just went ahead and replaced it with this trash. Gave them 2 stars because I don't have to see a crack on my screen anymore.

I woke up to my Samsung Galaxy Nexus doing some crazyiness so I pulled my battery after that the phone would not boot up past the "google" logo. I tried pulling the battery mulitple times, fast boot, recovery mode, clearing the cache, and wiping the phone. Nothing worked. I first went to Verizon to see what they could do. All they wanted me to do was upgrade my phone for an extra $10/month for 2 years, $30 upgrade fee, and $99 for the phone itself. There was not way I was paying $370 for a new phone if I could possible get it fixed so I went to Prestige. The owner was going to attempt to reflash my phone and told me if it doesn't fix there would be no charge for service. So I let him try it out. About an hour later he called me and told me he found a parts phone and whether or not I wanted to wait for the flash or he'll just replace the motherboard. So I had him go ahead with the replacement since he was only going to charge $10 more than the reflash. About 4 hours later he called that the phone is good to go. So I got my phone fixed fast and for about the price of a new video game. Awesome service! Thanks Russ.
