A girl answered the phone and sounded like we were inconveniencing her greatly by even calling in the first place. When we asked if the aloe was something to be concerned about she huffed and said to call a toxicology helpline instead. She referred us to an online service that charges almost $100 per call. When we said we don't need treatment immediately we just need to know if the amount he ate was dangerous, she told us that she wasn't going to answer our question. We asked for clarification as to why a "helpline" wasn't willing to answer our question and she said "Yup, I told you to call someone else so good luck with that" and hung up on us. Incredibly rude and will never use the university for vet services. Do not recommend.
