Would give 5 stars if they replaced the rude blonde bartender. I ordered a drink and specifically explained what's in it and how I like it. Then had the bartender glare and tell me I was wrong when I sent it back to her to remake. If I tell you how to make it and you still do it wrong at least understand it's not my fault you didn't listen. I wouldn't waste my breath explaining it if I didn't know I liked it a specific way. This happened about 6 months back and I have been back a few times since then just ordered things that are impossible to mess up and it was fine. Overall the atmosphere has been pretty decent. Karaoke Night has plenty of entertaining people watching that's for sure. read more

The bar is under new management and so far I'm very pleased with the changes they have made. Everybody can get their fill here. I come here often and I love the atmosphere. Everyone is super friendly and the price is just right. I love the bartenders Rev and an older gal with black hair. The red head is okay when she wants to be. They're days that she's on top of her game but on my last three visits she doesn't acknowledge me as im waiting for her to ask me if I want a drink. I have to almost wave her down or say excuse me multiple times for her to finally give in and hand me a beer. Buy other than that its a chill spot. read more

I went there a few nights ago and I got to say not bad, I would definitely get rid of the Angels Flags and Christmas lights and put up all sports Flags ,modern lights, and a little drink specials on each table........! My wife second beer was not cold but really tasty and the lady made me a sidecar it was missing sugar rim but it was very good. And the atmosphere of the people was pretty chill. So I'll be coming back here again to try my really good Sidecar and try the food fix those things instead of being a three and a half Stars you can get almost 5 stars, see you guys soon read more

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Went on St. Patrick's Day, looking forward for the food. There was a huge line and once we got to the front of the line we had to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to get change before we could even go in. On top of that they had a stupid $3 cover charge. After they took our money we were told we could not go inside. So we went towards the back of the bar which was outside. They had only two lines and we waited another 20 minutes and there was only 3 people in line ahead of us. At this point we decided to leave and there was no security at the back door. So we went inside the bar finally and there basically was no one ordering any food. This place was a joke. read more

Overall I'd rate it 2.5 stars. 3 on a good night. The bathrooms look like shit most of the time with piss on the floor and just overall nasty. They say you can tell how clean a kitchen is by the condition of the restrooms. Maybe eat before going there. read more

Cute place, arrived early on a Saturday evening. Food was delicious and drinks were well made. Live music was great. The place is a lot smaller than I had expected it to be but it wasnt too crowded when we went so it was not a problem. We played some pool and had a good time. My only complaint is that the bartender decided to make me a double without asking me first and she mentioned something about how they were changing shifts as she handed it to me. Then she charged me for it! I thought that was kind of shady, but the drinks were priced well. I don't know if it was a happy hour when we got there but I expected the tab to be at least $10 more than what it was. read more

Not really sure how to rate this because the bartender was great, the band was great, and the drink prices were reasonable.. But my wife and I feel we were discriminated against by the waitress because we were an inter-racial couple. On Saturday night 9/12, the brunette girl made it obvious that she was going out of her way to avoid eye contact, and to avoid our table time and time again. Life is too short for discrimination and our money spends just the same as the next persons.. If someone has an issue with someone else based off of race, sexual orientation, religion, ability, or what have you.. they should not be in a service position. And if you can't see past your biased views, at least let a coworker know so that they can help the customer, and in turn the business doesn't suffer and reflect your personal opinions. read more

this is my new favorite spot in Corona when im looking for a fun easy night out, im in my 20s and this crowd is a little older but pretty much drama free which i like. decent size place with pool tables and usually karaoke or a live band - i have seen some great bands here! they market themselves as an irish pub but other than the name and the decent st pattys event it sjust your regular local bar. drinks are priced well i think they serve food too but i havent eaten there. theres a small smoking patio out front. i like that this place is usually pretty clean and the bathrooms are as well. mostly i go there because its a good crowd! read more

This place is one of a kind. I have to say that it's one of the best experiences I have had. I went there for St Patrick's day and had a blast. The bartenders in there were spot on. I liked the fact that there was an inside and an outside bar to facilitate everyone's needs. For entertainment I loved the fact that they had a live band inside and also a DJ outside spinning music that got you moving. The food was top notch with some the best corn beef cabbage and Irish nachos. the servers were super friendly and though they were slammed they were able to give you the feeling that they have known you for a long time. Lastly I have to say that the security there had it on lock down. They were the face of the experiance since they were the first people I met. I didn't notice any big issues and liked that they were moving around in the crowd both doing their job but also being friendly and welcoming to the latrons. Stopped in for lunch last Thursday around 3pm, ordered a jack and coke (which was perfect... exactly what the doctor ordered). I greeted Chris, a friend of mine who works in the kitchen. Chris knows that I don't eat a lot of meat so he told the server to "ring me up" for a lunch special. Chris asked me if there are any veggies that I don't like and then he disappeared into the kitchen! When my food arrived it was beautifully displayed. Chris and his staff had made a veggie sandwich loaded with fresh, crisp vegetables, sliced avocado, a roasted green pepper, and cheese on wheat bread. My sandwich was paired with slices of fried zucchini and a spicy dipping sauce that was drizzled on my plate in the shape of a heart. I am so disappointed that I didn't take a picture of this perfection before I ate it because the entire meal (from the presentation to the taste) was AMAZING! I'm unsure what the price was, but I believe it was $7.95, which doesn't even matter because I would've paid $10.95 considering the portion size! I highly recommend that you drop by Boondocks the next time you can sneak away for lunch! read more
