The thing that impressed me the most was where other shops in the area were installing secondary market parts in their quote, Complete Auto installed original OEM Ford parts and in particular the Ceramic brake pads that are critical in the Ford design to prevent/reduce brake dust and brake squeal. Being a retired Ford Engineer I know how critical this is and annoying it can be to a customer if any of these issues pop up later after install. This was the primary reason for me choosing this business over the others. The other key thing I liked is that the owner showed me the old parts after my repair highlighting the poor job that the prior garage had done on my old brakes giving me confidence in that I had selected the right garage to do the work. Overall I was quite satisfied with the work and will definately consider these guys again for the next repair work I need doneNew brake pads.

Then it happened again a few months later and, once again, they "fixed" it for a couple hundred bucks. The third time I was near Chris's shop, parked it there and asked for his help. The solution? The car I drive is well known to burn through coolant too quickly after a certain number of miles and all I needed to do was to make sure the coolant doesn't get too low between oil changes. The charge was less than $10 bucks and Chris explained why it was happening and how to fix it. You couldn't ask for a better repair shop than his because one doesn't exist. I can't recommend his shop highly enough!!!

I had my motor replaced about five years ago. It was bad from the start. I had to take my truck…read moreback multiple times for an oil leak from the oil pan. Finally on the fourth attempt they got it to stop. About two years after the new motor, my truck was misfiring, so I took it to a local shop and replaced the coils, plugs and wires. The shop told me it was a mismatch of plugs and used wires. I paid extra for all new parts. Now, just the other day my timing chain jumped. I took it to my local shop and once they got into it they found a wire harness that was broke and "RTV" back together. They also said the chains looked newer, but the rest looked old and didn't even match. Spend the extra money and go with a company that takes pride in their work. My "new" motor only had 40,000 miles on it when the timing chain jumped. I always change the oil on time and never dog on my vehicles. I guess you live and learn. I wouldn't let them touch a go kart.
