We were worried about fittings given that nobody could come into the shop itself, but besides a few small adjustments day-of, everything fit perfectly. I was so glad that I tried Zoya's because my consultant Amy went above and beyond to show me all their options, educate me on the timeline expectations/accessory options/pricing, and help me try on the dresses. Most importantly, I was not pressured to purchase or to make a decision at the appointment. Amy then helped me find a way to expedite the shipping of my dress when my event date changed to be much sooner than what I expected. She kept me updated on the shipping and contacted me as soon as the dress arrived for me to go in for a fitting. Their prompt communication reduced the stress I had and I really appreciated that. I had a total of 3 fittings before I picked up my dress, and the alternations service was also superb. My dress arrived 1 week before my event date and I was impressed with the speed and quality of the alternations. The seamstress had sewn in more support parts (like the back of a bra) so the bodice was much more comfortable and better fitted. I also picked up a necklace to go with the dress. Looking back at my holistic experience, I truly believe that no matter which dressed I picked or what size of wedding I had, they were committed in giving me their best customer service for the entire process. If I ever hold a vow renewal, I will certainly choose Zoya's again.

After 8 or minutes I asked them if they had been helped. They said "No". Shortly there after, they left. I directed my attention to the rear of the store to get someone's attention. It was another 5 minutes before someone came an even acknowledged I was in the store. When someone did finally show up, there was no acknowledgement of the wait or the delay. Although they do same service without extra charges, I came to Tony a month ahead of a formal wedding. Going on a Friday afternoon, there was no wait. Tony measured, fitted, and built the right tuxedo for me with matching shoes. The cost was around $250. The entire fitting experience took around 20 minutes! Lydia gave us good customer service, but she was not available the morning we were scheduled and we were assigned Burgan. Burgan was very professional and a big help in selecting the finishes and fitting. We enjoyed working with Burgan, and placed the order. We have ordered several custom suits from different companies. We really appreciate the vast selection of high quality fabrics and professionalism of the staff at Enzo. They have custom suits available as low as about $600 but on average the suits run about $1,200 and up. The suits are well worth the splurge. The aesthetic of the location is sleek and modern. The experience feels elevated and is what you want when you're spending over a thousand dollars for a suit. Note to management it would be appreciated if clients are consistently offered water or a beverage during every visit. I highly recommend this location. We are looking forward to receiving the new suit. I will update this review once we go through the final fitting. TIP: There is a $100 referral discount which is a nice incentive to spread the word.

Lydia is my Tailor and she it's very good at what she does. I also like the personal of details where she remembers who you are very social. it makes us more of a fun experience for going to the Tailor just to get fitted. Experience is top-notch and luxurious. The ambience is very stoke modern and a bit exclusive. There is no signage on the building to get to the location. It's almost like going to a clandestine office. The storefront it's very clean and they have clothing on display along with a decanter full of scotch. Gives off very cool vibes. There's a pool table on the back. The view is unexpectedly beautiful. Lydia will run through the options to pick up materials styles types of cuts. Want to get measured and get your final product they keep these measurements on file so if you want to order more, we just call in and get it to you. Should I treat myself? You ask.... Yes you should. Along with a luxury experience to get a high-quality product that will last you a long time. Price is a bit high but when you compare it to non-custom high-end clothing it's pretty much comparable. So why not get custom mate shirt then something off the rack?
