Unfortunately, from start to finish, our experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. Communication was poor from the very beginning. Over the course of planning our wedding, we were assigned five different day-of coordinators due to constant staff changes. Then, just three weeks before our wedding, we received an email stating that the venue had changed ownership yet again. We were introduced to Keisha, the new manager and point of contact, who assured us that things would be handled differently and that we'd be well taken care of. Sadly, that couldn't have been further from the truth. Only two weeks before our wedding, we were told that they couldn't locate our signed contract. When we checked the digital link where our contract had been stored, it showed that it had been deleted. We were then asked to sign a new contract -- but this new version included multiple price increases, including higher rental fees. Despite having several emails proving our original agreement, the venue insisted we sign the new contract. Even during that renegotiation process, Keisha repeatedly forgot to include key details we had already agreed upon. If it hadn't been for our day-of coordinator carefully reviewing the revised contract, several important elements would have been missed entirely. That kind of carelessness just added to the stress and uncertainty we were already facing. When my husband (then fiancé) spoke with Keisha by phone to calmly address these issues, she raised her voice and continuously spoke over him like a child throwing a temper tantrum- behavior that was unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially just two weeks before our wedding. The entire ordeal caused tremendous stress in what should have been one of the happiest times of our lives. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge us an additional $800 -- $400 per hour -- simply to arrive early enough to get ready at the venue. As a result, we were rushed on the day of the wedding. My hair and makeup team struggled to finish in time, and my husband ended up helping set up just hours before guests arrived -- something no couple should have to experience on their wedding day. To be fair, our day-of coordinator, Brooke from Grace & Co., was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly and was the only reason things came together at all. However, she does not work for Villa Parker -- she was contracted separately, and her professionalism stood in stark contrast to the venue's management. As a Colorado native, I had always dreamed of having my wedding at Villa Parker. It was once owned by a couple who truly cared about making each event magical, but sadly, under the new ownership, that warmth, integrity, and attention to detail are completely gone. Even after our wedding, when we returned to pick up our items, the project manager saw us and didn't even acknowledge us -- not a word, not a smile, nothing. It breaks my heart to say this, but I would strongly discourage anyone from booking Villa Parker under its current ownership. The venue itself may be beautiful, but the management and treatment of clients are deeply disappointing. I hope in time they rediscover the excellence and care that once made this venue so special.

Nestled in the neighborhood of Highlands Ranch, lies the famous Highlands Ranch Manion!…read more I'd heard the lore around this mansion but had yet to visit it until recently! This estate is really popular for weddings and local events - around Halloween, Christmas/Holiday season and spring - but also allows visitors daily, for free guided tours! The mansion itself is HUGE, ornately decorated and fun to explore! The history of the property is documented on the walls and throughtou the space, but I recommend a tour! My husband and I went to a recent paranormal event - featuring a local business who specialized in ghost hunting. It was a little cheesy at times, but exploring the mansion, on our own, at night, in the dark, proved to be a spooky experience - especially after learning about the lives lived and deaths at the mansion. Perfect ghost territory! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and able to provide excellent education around the mansion and on those who lived inside. Definitely a must see in the burbs!

Paul introduced us to Janan and with a warm and welcoming smile she introduced herself and asked if we were ready for a tour. The history that she shared and the way she delivered the information was very engaging and informative. The history within the castle is something you really need to experience, explore and enjoy. The entire volunteer team that we met were so motivated about sharing the story of the castle and those that lived within it. So if you want an awesome experience and some great Colorado history then you would be well advised to make a trip to Highlands Ranch Mansion.

The complex includes the Mainstage Theater, an intimate proscenium stage with 534 seats, a spacious art gallery plus extensive wall space for art display in the theater lobby, a 3,000 square foot event room, and the beautiful west terrace which has access to both the theater lobby and the event room. The classroom wing includes a dance studio, two creative studios, and two discovery labs. Parker Arts runs an extensive program of theatrical performances, art shows, and classes. All parts of the complex are available for rental for events from weddings to business conferences. There is a large parking lot in front of the building and a parking ramp is under construction (May 2025) just to the east.

My brides maid toured the venue for me and told me she thought it would be a great place for our party. The day before the party we got the tour and we were blown away by how much there was to see! The staff helped with getting the food set up, the cake and all the decorations we brought. This was the perfect party and I had amazing feedback from all of my guests. I want a party here every year now! Made to order ice cream sundaes, our thumb drive of pictures rotating video on all the tv's, Alexa playing our preferred music, and pinball machines made my event outstanding.

This isn't storage wars. This storage unit us a GIANT LAIR, two stories, FULL of American Memorabiia! And what great place to have a birthday party! There are a dozen or so classic cars with tail fins, dozens of antique arcade games, lots of Elvis, a soda fountain, juke boxes, a miniature train! This is amazing!
