They serve freshly prepared Guatemalan-style food with very generous portions. I ordered the tacos choosing 2 flavors each of chicken and steak, burrito filled with tender steak pieces and then a Carne Asada burrito. The flavors were delicious, ingredients were fresh and nothing was overly spicy. Sliced cucumber and radish with sauces topped each dish and the service was friendly with no long wait. A convenient spot for a quick, tasty bite. I'll definitely be back to try more.

Each meal can easily be split with someone else or saved for a later meal. The tacos come loaded up with meat, the steak wasn't the best I've had but the chorizo was phenomenal! The drink options are limited, but if you've never tried coconut water that would be my recommendation. There were some tables right next to the food truck available to use. It was the perfect day to sit outside and enjoy our fresh food. The person who took our food order was super friendly, patient, and happy to answer any questions. Champagne & Cupcakes has a food truck and stops by events, has a set time they sell during the weekends and takes special orders. What I absolutely love about this shop is that you can mix and match your cupcake flavors. Meaning, I ordered 24 cupcakes and was able to mix and match as many flavors as I want. I ordered the Oreo, Biscoff, Strawberry Shortcake, Red Velvet, Peach Cobbler and Banana Pudding. When I say my entire family loved these cupcakes, WE LOVED THESE CUPCAKES!! Moist, delicious and quality ingredients used in every bite!! Don't think cupcakes is the only thing this shop sells, because they carry peach cobblers, milkshakes and so much more!
