Nothing "On The Spot" about them…read more I reached out to On The Spot RV on August 22 2024. I talked to Brooke and let her know Crossroads had given them as a referral since they are a service center that services "on the spot" and our brand new destination trailer (purchased around May 2024) is not fun to move. The first question I asked was can you come to my location. The answer was yes but with an estimated September 20th service date. I let them know it was "No problem, I just need it serviced before the first rain" as my issue is with a roof/ac unit that leaks onto my bed. I did have a few other minor fixes like decorative wood separation under bed/ kitchen cabinet/ bathroom door & detaching Septic handle. They started with all my trailer/warranty info and I waited on a text to let me know the exact day I would receive service. On the Spot RV requested the following photos and info in the following weeks stating they are uploading them to the crossroads portal for parts and approval: -August 22nd Request for photos of wood trim detaching Bedroom door wrap they planned to glue down -August 26th Request for photos of leaking roof/ ac unit Request for black tank valve "so they could order the right one" -September 4th I received a message " just want to let you know we have not forgot about you. Robert is still trying to figure out the schedule for you" -September 23 i sent a message "Circling back, its been weeks." I received no reply -September 25th Called and receptionist told me no update from Robert, she remembered i was the service call and said she was calling her boss and would call me right back. i never received a call back. -October 1st I sent a message "Any word back from your boss?" I received no reply -October 2nd Called receptionist and she said she was still trying to get a date figured out. I let her know that if it rains before I received service i would have a bed full of water. I had already waited the 30 days that they planned to get me on the books plus 10. Again, she was going to check with her boss on a date. Finally after 40 days of waiting for service I received a text " I just spoke to him and he said he doubts he can make it out there. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. WOW! I'm seriously floored. With the first rain right around the corner I did not expect to be scrambling on something set in motion in August....

I highly recommend this business. My overall experience was fantastic. Robert was very thorough and…read moreprofessional did a great job for me. My air vents, sunroof, and other fixtures were included in my roof repair. The estimate I was given actually came $300 under the negotiated price. I found Robert to be very honest and fair. You'll have to make an appointment he gets a lot of business.

I've used this product on multiple campers and RVs. From the forever lap sealant to the No sag lap…read moresealant to the forever RV coat. There is absolutely no product on the market that can even compete with any of these products. While they may be a bit pricey, you get what you pay for... a superior high-quality product that most certainly will last and keep your roof dry. I've also used the forever lap sealant on the metal roof of my home to seal around my stove pipe & it has been superior. Going on five years now. No cracking no splitting no water.

Don't both to order if you need the product any time in the near future. I had read good things…read moreabout their products, and looked to place an order for self-leveling lap sealant, but the website said it was on backorder. Before placing an order, I contacted the company to see how long the backorder was. I was told they had product, just getting a lot of orders, so they posted it as on backorder so people would not expect immediate delivery. They said go ahead and place an order, and it should ship in less than a week. OK. I could deal with a week, so, I placed an order for 6 tubes of sealant. A week goes by, nothing. Then 2 weeks, nothing. Mind you, my card had been charged immediately for $124, which is not a small sum for 6 tubes of sealant. Finally after 19 days, I send an inquiry on Sunday evening asking for an update, and say that I will need to request a refund through PayPal if the order doesn't ship promptly, so that they know I'm not fooling around. They respond same day that they supposedly had the order labeled and ready to ship on Monday, but they will instead unpackage it, put it back on the shelf, and refund my money. When I responded how pointless that was, they berated me for inquiring when they already had the label printed. First of all, there was no way for me to know they had it ready to ship, if that was true. Second of all, that makes no sense. I said it needed to ship promptly, or I would file a dispute. If you've been holding someone's money for almost 3 weeks, and give no updates, it's perfectly normal to question where is the product. It's going to anger someone a whole lot more to have wasted their time and then cancel their order when they question why it has been 3 times as long to ship as communicated, and still nothing, than to ship the product. If you ship it the next day after the inquiry, that's exactly what was being asked for, and there would be no justification for a dispute. If they have the kind of time it took to berate the customer for raising a valid concern, then they had the time to get the order out in a timely fashion. Very unprofessional. Glad I dodged that bullet. Given their behavior in shipping the product, I would question how they would handle a warranty claim against their "lifetime" warranty.
