The lady there was very friendly and used their file on our house to give me a quote over the phone. I then had another plumber come out for a price. They were quite a bit higher. I called Diliberto back and the guys came out today. They are friendly, respectful of property, and did an excellent job! While they were here, I asked about fixing a sink and shutoff valves. They called for a price and did great on that as well. The final bill was exactly what had been quoted. I highly recommend this group for anything plumbing!

She said she had to put me on hold and because I didn't answer within 1 second she started to get annoyed. Then every time I would ask her questions on how their service and fees work she would give difficult and sarcastic response like I'm not the plumber and was just extremely rude. Just can't understand why or how these people treat their potential customers like this. If you are the owner reading this review, you seriously need to speak with your receptionist as this was totally uncalled for. Still kind of shocked at the attitude and rudeness of this person.

I value that they were honest, fair and prices are reasonable. They called to let me know when they were on there way and they were on time. The first time i used them i had a really bad clog in my kitchen drain, the clog was so bad it had to be removed from the pipe in the basement. They were able to remove the clog and backed their work with a 30 day guarantee. That gave me great peace of mind. The second time i used them was for a problem i was having with my stack pipe. I was fortunate to not need the entire stack replaced. The cap to the stack was decayed and so they were able to replace it. Just a note that they don't cover their shoes/boots so if you don't wear shoes/boots in your home or your concerned that they might track debris and etc. you might want to provide them with shoe covers. They get the job done right but they don't really clean up the work area. So be aware that the job will get done right, but you might need to go behind them and clean up the area they were working in. Overall a solid experience.

If i can give them a negative 5 I... If i can give them a…read morenegative 5 I would. The owner Mike is a thief and self entitles A Hole. Firstche tells mexthat my water heater in bathroom is going bad. This was 5 years ago. It is still working no problem. I didnt see what he was telling me. He said it was rotting away and soon will break. So far it is the same 5 years later. Now here is the worst one. Outside of this deception i allowed him to install a new heating and AC unit along with new duct work. One of his workers fell thru my ceiling damaging a. VERY EXPENSIVE mural that was painted on my ceiling. We agreed to take some money off the bill. The money was not even close to the cost of the repair.! Out of the goodness of my heart i paid him back 500 dollars as i had the original painter scheduled come back and repair it. I have since found out it can not be properly repaired . Here is texts between me and owner Mike: Mike from one businessman to another you really don't know how to run your business. This is Bob Lulek at 3370 Laceleaf Dr. You did not want to come to my home for service which by the way the heater is working so I did not need you to come anyway But that being said you did not want to come because you think that I should pay you for falling through my ceiling and ruining a $15,000 mural that I had specially made on my ceiling. It is not the same and it's gonna cost me at least that to redo it what you gave me was a pittance, and I was good out of my heart to give you $500 which I should not have done. so in essence, you paid me a lot less than what the mural is worth and yet I still out of the goodness of my heart was hiring you for Business as a businessman you should stand by the principles of honesty and integrity. Apparently you don't feel that way and you think that everything should be in your favor, even when you destroy my home and something that was very dear to my heart. After all thatchappened i called hom still (call me a bleeding heart) this is his response: go get anotherccompany!!! He ruins my 15,000 mural and wants me to pay him back for the repair that did not work out. I told him i would be glad to pay all the money back hecdiscounted, provided i find a new artist to redo thecehole mural!!! Of course there was no reply. This man is a self entitled selfish SOB who will not take responsibility for hos actions!! STEER CLEAR FROM HIM I putca date ofcservice thstcis not correct butchadcto put a date. It was several years ago. I see that he has responded. Here is a photo of what he left me with. There is no way that I would pay him. REPAIR has not been done and I am contemplating bringing him to court for the repair which will cost about $15,000. This was a beautiful mural and this man all he cares about is being paid for damage that he did to my home and has the gaul to say this was my wife not wanting to pay. Remember, I paid him $500 out of the goodness of my heart because I thought it could be repaired which I found out it could not be. I should have brought him to court ago steer clear of this man he is evil and full of himself. Now, seriously would you pay for this after a damage to $15,000 mural? My home has been ruined and this man all he can think about is getting paid the money he paid me back which is not even a third of what it's going to cost to fix it! You just can't make it up lol. I have contacted Mike and explained that if he would like to pay for a new artist to come in and do the repair on my MURAL, I would be glad to pay him the balance that he had given me for the destruction of my beautiful artwork. But all he can think about is the money that he had to give me rather than the money I've lost which was almost $15,000 on this mural.

Did a great job! So when I needed a plumber again for a Shower drip and a toilet leak, I called again. Made an appointment for 1 pm. Waited all day and finally came at 5 pm. I was upset but I had already waited all day so I went ahead. Blaise showed. I took him to the drippy shower. I had the part already. It was a matter of taking the faucet off and replacing a washer filter. The second project was the dripping toilet. Blais said that it was a faulty flapper and he didn't have the part but would run to the Lowe's to get one. A BASIC flapper and he didn't have one with him!! I asked - before he went to Lowe's - to tell me how much the project would be. He said $300!!! for a detachable flapper and a washer in a shower where I provided the part?! I said never mind, he was free to leave. He said he knew what the going rate was and his price was fair. I told him "Fair or not, I'm not paying $300 for a 15 minute job and especially since you kept me waiting for 5 hours." Blais said "What do you care, you work from home! " I asked his name and he told me but then asked if I was leaving a review. I said I probably would. He then offered to do the whole job for free as long as I promised not to leave a review! As if I'd trust him to do anything ever in my home!! I asked him to leave and he started yelling that I was going to ruin a man's business and livelihood over being late and expensive! (You can't make this stuff up!) I had to sternly demand that he leave my home at once!!! He did. And I then fixed the shower in 10 minutes on my own. The next day I bought a $17 Fluidmaster kit and fixed the toilet MYSELF! He had misdiagnosed the problem. It wasn't the flapper, it was the gasket. So for $17 and 30 minutes of my time, I save $300. The lady who answers the phone (Blaise's wife) is very professional and considerate and accommodating And apologetic. But Blais behaved horribly, was irresponsible and inconsiderate in 5 hours tardiness, was rude to expect me to be inconvenienced in such a way because I work from home, and didn't even diagnose the problem properly! Thank you, YouTube and DIY channel. It has liberated women like nothing else has! I'll never call Done Right again!
