We didn't love the Sweet Tator Swirl. The coffee pods arrived in good shape, but the box was busted open during shipping. Probably because they just slapped shipping labels on the coffee pod box and shipped it that way. Why not place it in an Amazon shipping box? Let's just say my Amazon review reflects a lower rating because of shipping. The product itself was not great quality wise. It tasted like cinnamon flavored coffee water. There were no hints of marshmallow or sweet potato. Adding creamer did not help. It honestly wasn't worth using the generator amps to run the Keurig after Hurricane Milton. I really was hoping for a comforting cup of coffee full of delicious Fall flavors. Maybe others will have better luck with a different flavor. I was curious about Bones Coffee after seeing a display of it locally. The only good thing I can say is that I love the beautiful artwork on the package. 9/9/2024- Had me at the design of the packaging and the flavor of tiramisu.. Brewed a pot at the hotel, but I wasn't impressed with the cheap coffee maker... Just brewed another pot and added the vanilla soy milk (frothed).. Tblspn of mct oil.. Ahhh.. I can taste the flavoring of a tiramisu.. Glad to experiment with different brands of coffee.. read more

**INITIAL REVIEW** This is the first time I am reviewing a company strictly on the product compared to an overall visit to a business? Why? Because the only business I have partook with Bones Coffee (which I will shorthand to Bones for the remainder of this review) is online through the shop of their official website. So is it worth it? From an "online only" experience, I would definitely say it is worth checking out. As I mentioned, I did not visit any physical location for Bones. Apparently, whomever is in charge of their promotions and advertising deserves a pretty hefty raise as I would have never known about Bones if it weren't for their ads on social media. I can't think of any real reason to head to Cape Coral, FL (at this moment), ergo, I wouldn't have ever come across Bones. Just by their products alone, it looks like Bones is able to attain licensing for their coffee products. For example, I bought the three specialty coffee flavors based on the Indiana Jones Franchise. Will admit one of the major reasons I got those three flavors was 1.) limited edition, 2.) limited supply, and 3.) special pricing. I also got the sample pack of traditional flavors and a classic Bones mug to go with my order. Overall, everything was almost $100, but ultimately, it was worth it. Just for clarification, here are the flavors I got from Bones. Take note as of the publicatio of this review, I only had the flavors from the sample pack: 1. Army of Dark Chocolate: Dark roast with dark chocolate. Definitely the strongest roast of the five. Has a robust bitter taste without sugar, then tastes more like hints of milk chocolate with cream and sugar. 2. Salty Siren: Sea salted caramel mocha. Light roast coffee that as subtle hints of sea salt caramel more so when mixed with cream and sugar. 3. S'morey Time: S'mores. Definitely a one-two punch. When enjoyed straight, tastes like a s'more with dark chocolate. Add cream for a s'more with milk chocolate. Use sugar to give it that candy bar sweetness if wanted. 4. Highland Grog: Medium roast that is my fav of the five. Definitely can taste the butterscotch, but may be too strong for any caramel notes. Still, the best tasting "candy" coffee I ever had from beans. 5. Holy Cannoli: Cannoli. Probably the weakest of the five but still pretty good. Ultimately, the five coffee flavors were pretty good. The coffee mug was of high quality and big (thus why the $50 pricetag), and the delivery was quite quick. Ergo, as an online small batch coffeehouse, I give Bones Coffee four out of five stars. If they are consistent with their flavors and the speed of their delivery, I will give them an added star for consistency. read more

Have given them ample opportunity by buying several of their coffees and needless to say, they're all alike. In other words, there is no distinction in flavor. Will not buy again nor do I recommend this brand to anyone. read more

This place!!! I was introduced to Bones Coffee at Farmer Joe's out of curiosity because the company was mentioned at Wicked Dolphin Rum and I have enjoyed the coffee rum I purchased at the rum distillery. I was looking for k-cups to have at the house and recognize the name. The graphics, names and bag marketing grabbed my attention immediately. After trying the coffee, I realized the company was right up the street with a retail store. On my next trip down to Cape Coral, I definitely wanted to head to the store. It's small but OMG! The flavors, quality of product and unique packaging makes this place a must visit to stock up on your favorites! They really need and should be encouraged to expand by adding a full coffee bar with a barista that can whip up specialty coffees featuring all of the amazing coffee flavors! I am heading back for a restock and adding some of the seasonal flavors to my Bones Coffee collection! read more

Great coffee. But shipping is horrible. The website said I'd receive it Tuesday. Customer service said sorry our mistake you'll get it by Thursday. It's now Friday and it's still in Alabama. If it takes a week to travel one state it's going to be a month before I get my order. Never buying through them again. Next time I'll try their main competition and go with black rifle instead. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE shipping!! Order placed on Saturday, April 26th. Shipping wasn't processed until Tuesday, April 29th. The shipping I PAID FOR said 5-7 business days from when order is processed. So from Tuesday the 29th, 7 business days puts us at Tuesday May 6th. Expected delivery date is now May 9th. I live in Virginia, why did my package go from North Carolina to Kansas? Every time I've ordered from Bones Coffee, this has been the issue. I stopped buying from Bones a couple years ago for this same issue. Shame on me for thinking this would be different, but it's the same thing 2 years later. Until Bones is willing to hold their shipping company accountable for delayed deliveries, I will be looking for my coffee from other sources. I PAID for 5-7 business days, not 10+. read more

Recently made an order after seeing ads for them pop back up again. We have had some of their coffee flavors before and remember really enjoying them. Sadly, they did discontinue my daughter's favorite, chocolate orange, but she was able to agree on some of the flavors I picked for us to share between us. Some brews you can drink black, but many do require creamer or milk to truly bring out the flavor. I'm not sure if it's because we live in Florida because sipping was extremely fast. We received our order two days after ordering! They are also currently having many holiday sales pop up each week. Hopefully they will do another sale concerning k-pods as it's my preferred method of coffee compared to ground. read more

Delicious and unique coffee! I am obsessed with flavored coffee!!! It's a healthy and flavorful option, so when I heard about a local online coffee company, I had to try it. I'll be honest some of the flavors are hit or miss, but the hits are home runs!!!! My favorite flavor is the peanut butter and jelly flavor, which makes my mouth water when it's brewing because it's so fragrant. Do you like fruity pebbles without the calories? The electric unicorn is literally fruity pebbles in a cup. It is nothing short of spectacular!!! Other favorites are the strawberry cheesecake, blueberry, and banana foster. I feel badly about this rating. I really like the coffees. The quality is great. Shipping fees are high and not at all reliable. I ordered a shipment as a gift. It was picked up by FedEx on Aug 10. FedEx indicated it would be delivered by the 15th...Great! I thought. It is now the 23rd of August and has yet to be delivered. I don't mind paying high shipping costs if the item gets there when promised. They really need better business partners for shipping. FedEx and USPS no longer care about their customers, they've been going downhill for quite sometime. Maybe it is a sign of the times! read more

My husband ordered coffee from this company. He decided he didn't like the coffee and canceled his future orders. He received confirmation from them that his future orders would be canceled. They still shipped the next order and charged him $33 He contacted them again to let them know he doesn't want any more of their coffee. Once again this month they shipped and charged him for coffee. They are unresponsive to his emails. Be cautious about ordering from them. They will keep sending coffee and billing you. read more
