Absolute be cautious about eating here. They are to big and to good for mistakes. Clearly when you serve someone cold food and your spouse has to wait the entire time while you are eating to get a servers attention to get the food warmed up!!! Apparently this is their standard of service. I enjoy taking my spouse out to a nice lunch just to have her watch me eat and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. As a former server I would never be ok with having to warm up a customers plate of food after asking if everything was ok, instead she was more concerned about her tip. read more

We went here on New Year's Eve with a reservation for two. As soon as we arrived it was very busy and we walked to the hostess to let her know about our reservation and were seated and served immediately! The aesthetic of the restaurant was very classy and we enjoyed our cocktails & well prepared meal. We had steak and salmon entrees with mashed potatoes and broccoli cooked to perfection! Huge disappointment, this was our favorite place to get fish until our recent visit. The service was not good, long wait times at one point I wondered if they forgot to put in our order as couples that came in after us had eaten and were leaving. I ordered fish and chips and what I got made that fast food fish place look great. I wish I had taken a photo of my 10 "chips" and 3 nuggets of fish soaked in dripping oil. My wifes dinner was even worse, which after showing the waitress how dry her fish was was removed from our bill. The biggest waste of $50+ I have spent pre covid. Also they were not busy. We waited for a table and there were many openings but were ignored while we waited. No discussion about the specials or the menu but are you ready to order. I have only ate at this bonefish twice. The first time I remember it being excellent. I thought my mom would enjoy it so we had lunch there today. The service was decent. The food was okay. Mine was way too salty for my taste. I wiped off seasonings on my shrimp to try to make it better. The mashed potatoes tasted only of salt. The broccoli was edible but still too salty for me. The chicken was pretty decent. My mom didn't love her salad but said it was okay, She didn't like the dressing and the cranberries were too tart for her, but she improvised. My mom who loves stuff salty tasted my potatoes and agreed they were very salty. I told the waitress my food was too salty, especially the potatoes. She tried to tell me they don't put salt in them, then she clarified they must come that way from wherever they get them. She kept defending them. I am more disappointed at her defending, almost arguing about the mashed potatoes than the fact I couldn't eat them. Way to expensive the quality. Will not return. read more

I had the scallop special with mango and coconut sauce over jasmine rice with green beans. The scallops were perfectly tender and the sauce was an excellent blend of sweet and spicy, but not too sweet or too spicy. The portion size was just right. We shared bang bang shrimp, seared tuna, and fried coconut shrimp for appetizers, and they were all delicious. I used to love this place ..especially their fish and chips. I emailed them the other day due to 2 orders of this being so greasy that I had to throw them away (36.00) down the drain. Not even sure they use cod anymore...seemed more like whitefish than cod. Same thing happened a few months ago. Guess thats it for them. And I never received acknowledgment from my email either!
