Mixed emotions. The food is good, more or less what we have come to expect of Bonefish everywhere, although the Calamari are not as good as some we've had at other Bonefishes. The reason I'm writing is that we've been there twice now for the new Happy Hour specials and it's like the wait staff has never heard of such a thing. It's like we're speaking a foreign language even though they have Happy Hour Special Menus on some of the tables in the bar. They don't seem to know the food or drink specials for the Happy Hour. For the sole reason that this place has amazing food- I will give it four stars. The service there is hot or miss- meaning the servers aren't always great and have a tendency to "forget" your items such as salads and refills on drinks. The food however is always impeccable. The bang bang shrimp is a must have for those whom enjoy shrimp. The atmosphere is classy and quaint. The drinks are moderately priced. The deserts are delicious. The environment is great for dinners and special occasions. I suggest the fresh catch or specials while there. read more

Awesome food, and our waiter was very attentive. This might be the first time I had scallops cooked correctly in a restaurant. So often they're overdone and rubbery. I've eaten at two of these chain joints three times. The other was in Savannah. Gotta tell ya, neither disappointed me. I'll say this, consistency in a chain is key, so far that is what puts a smile on my face when I travel and notice a Bonefish is close. The only dish i'm not a fan of and I still order are the mussels. When they cool off and the sauce begins to coagulate I stop. would be better if shared. Like I said I still order it. The Ahi Tuna Sashimi is awesome, get the large! With the bread and dipping oil and you have a meal that will stand up to any review. Absolute be cautious about eating here. They are to big and to good for mistakes. Clearly when you serve someone cold food and your spouse has to wait the entire time while you are eating to get a servers attention to get the food warmed up!!! Apparently this is their standard of service. I enjoy taking my spouse out to a nice lunch just to have her watch me eat and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. As a former server I would never be ok with having to warm up a customers plate of food after asking if everything was ok, instead she was more concerned about her tip. read more

We went here on New Year's Eve with a reservation for two. As soon as we arrived it was very busy and we walked to the hostess to let her know about our reservation and were seated and served immediately! The aesthetic of the restaurant was very classy and we enjoyed our cocktails & well prepared meal. We had steak and salmon entrees with mashed potatoes and broccoli cooked to perfection! I wanted to order desert just because the food was so good but I was so full.. lol next time for sure ! I was very impressed with the service as well. Our server was very polite and attentive. Huge disappointment, this was our favorite place to get fish until our recent visit. The service was not good, long wait times at one point I wondered if they forgot to put in our order as couples that came in after us had eaten and were leaving. I ordered fish and chips and what I got made that fast food fish place look great. I wish I had taken a photo of my 10 "chips" and 3 nuggets of fish soaked in dripping oil. My wifes dinner was even worse, which after showing the waitress how dry her fish was was removed from our bill. The biggest waste of $50+ I have spent pre covid. Also they were not busy. I hope they fix this or this place will be closed before the years end. read more

We were a walk-in tonight. Don't waist your time. The assistant manager could care less if you eat here. The front people were like a fish dinner with no seasoning. We waited for a table and there were many openings but were ignored while we waited. No discussion about the specials or the menu but are you ready to order. The food was good and our waiter was also good but left his shift before we were finished and said nothing. We waited 25 minutes for our check. Had brunch here today after church. We were seated right away however it took 15 minutes for a server to come over and welcome us. Additionally it took :27 minutes to get a drink. And then all dishes, appetizers, salads and entrees were brought to the table at once. read more

We had a really nice dinner here. Our waitress was super thoughtful and friendly. She took perfect care of us. We ordered the Imperial dip for an appetizer. It was creamy and decadent. The shrimp and crab tasters perfect with the rich creamy butter sauce. For our meal we each got tacos. I got the blacked fish with no mango salsa and added avocado instead. It was Midwinter Meetup with the son and daughter-in-law, and dear old dad chose Bonefish Grill. Considering Anthony Bourdain's advice in "Kitchen Confidential," it was rather daring to choose fish on a Monday. But I figured Bonefish Grill probably had figured out how to offer something good early in the week, and I was not disappointed. Three of four had Lily's Salmon, wood-grilled, topped with goat cheese, spinach, artichoke heart (literally, like one), lemon basil sauce, and served with a side, in my case, some French fries. There weren't a lot of fries on the plate, but that was ok, it matched the size of the salmon, and was nicely presented on a large, circular white plate.
