We like supporting local…read morerestaurants and businesses, but especially when someone gave them a review as, "The greatest wings on earth!" So I ordered the 20 bone-in wings and some fried okra. My wife ordered the 4 chicken strip combo with fries and a drink. I hope they read this review, not to get discouraged, but to improve. The wings tasted like they had not changed the oil in quite some time. They were a bit over cooked too. The okra was ok, but not fresh. My wife's chicken strips were dry and over cooked and the fries were cold, as if they had sat out for a while. We were disappointed in the food. I wish we would have read the reviews that were only one star. We sincerely hope they take these notes to heart and make the changes to improve. We also hope they become 'The Best Wings on earth'. I'm sure these are good folks. For now, I can't recommend them. Maybe they'll see this review as an opportunity to 'Step up.' I hope they let us know when they do. This review is in a spirit of admonishment, not criticism. Consistency is what separates the great from the mediocre.
