I booked the appointment for 8am and drove 40 min (I live way out of town) To get there only to be told it wasn't acceptable!!! Absolutely the worst service ever!!!! She is amazing and is the only groomer that single handedly improved our dog's temper/bad attitude when getting groomed. It took us several years and multiple groomers before we met Crystal and omg are we thankful that we did! We also purchase Thor's dog food, treats, clothes, accessories, and bedding from this Petsmart as their service is great and all the people working there are so welcoming and helpful. The store is also kept well stocked and clean everytime we visit. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this Petsmart and definitely recommend it to everyone!
