He has that great attitude toward people ( owners of the pet), that in difficult times makes you feel better and not worry. My little pooch Zoe had to have her tooth extracted based on Glenmore Landing vet clinic vet exam with estimated about $1800. I searched on FB among my neighbors who had good experiences and where. Someone suggested Okotoks vet clinic. I called immediately. Zoe was booked. Everything fel into right place after that. ALL seemed ok. Kim was fantastic over the phone. Staff on the day of the appointment was fabulous ( 30.06.22). All of them were kind, friendly, comforting and very professional. Maggie has some issues with jumping up on people when she is excited, not listening to us when she is focused on something else and fairly bad leash aggression. Nancy spent about 3 hours learning Maggie's behaviours and watching us interact with her. The last hour or so was hands on where she showed us different things to practice and explained very well why these tactics will work. She is extremely educated when it comes to how the dogs brain works and made us more informed about things we thought differently. I am extremely excited to continue working with her to not only make Maggie a better pup but to make us better owners.

We have tried to contact you electronically, by phone and my husband stopped in. We were given no answers. The last time we had our dog under your care, your staff forgot to feed him. We got his "report card" that he was mouthing and acting timid. Umm, maybe because he was hungry? Anyway, we were under the impression that the issue was resolved - we were given a whopping $17 refund for your staff's neglect of our dog. Not once were we ever told he was banned from returning. As a matter of fact, I don't even think the owner (Jessica Maurice) bothered to contact us to apologize for neglecting our dog. We were willing to give the business another chance, but that sentiment is long gone.

I set up formalities with her to come on a full time basis starting this summer. I have always paid her on time , my pups are sweeties and we were always respectful. BUT, when I contacted her this spring to start working for me this summer full time, she responded to my initial correspondence and then refused to contact me or my fiancé again after multiple attempts. She didn't have the courtesy or decency to respond back to tell us if her plans may have changed and she was not able to take our pups on this summer, which I found to be highly unprofessional. I have used pet visit providers in Calgary for years with absolutely no problems, this type of unprofessionalism seems to be very unacceptable in a small community like Okotoks. A pleasant interaction is standard every time I go in, Lulu is in good hands. She went in once with an ear infection which I had missed. It was treated and forgotten about. It has been five hair cuts since the infection, when I pick her up we have the usual salon conversation with a full report on both ears. Truly amazing they noted that detail and check for me every time. I never worry about my Lulu while she is in their care. If you can get your dog in, your dog will be in caring hands.
