I could hear my dogs outside through the concrete building. When approached the groomer said "I bet you're wondering why I'm not with your dogs?" She offered a lame excuse and continued on her way. We waited an hour longer than the quoted time for our pups to be released, she hands us a bill and walks away. No love for our dogs, not nurturing...we will never bring our sweet dogs here again. I hope the dogs will forgive us for such a traumatic experience.

BUT, when I contacted her this spring to start working for me this summer full time, she responded to my initial correspondence and then refused to contact me or my fiancé again after multiple attempts. She didn't have the courtesy or decency to respond back to tell us if her plans may have changed and she was not able to take our pups on this summer, which I found to be highly unprofessional. I have used pet visit providers in Calgary for years with absolutely no problems, this type of unprofessionalism seems to be very unacceptable in a small community like Okotoks.
