Great discovery for me.From outside it doesn't look like a proper restaurant, more like a coffee shop were you can get a coffee to go. However they have the greatest steak I have ever had in Dublin in the last months, at list in this price range. If you go there for lunch or dinner you will find some sandwich options, I would recommend you the choripan with chimichurri (yeah my friend, it is difficult to pronounce, maybe so difficult as for me squirrel in English), something that is typical in Argentina and you hadn't tried before. The steak is great, at if you combine it with a malbec wine from Mendoza, Argentina, I can tell you that you will have a nice time. There is an option with grilled meat (called asado argentine) but just for dinner. If you go for that you will have steak, chorizo, and few things more, that are strange at the first look but tasty and delicious. read more

it is my favorite place for a quick spicy Argentinian sandwich! A bit small inside but if you want a lovely place for lunch this one should be on your list. read more

One of those places that if you don't know them you are actually miss something really good! For a after rugby match snack or for brunch at the weekends, bondiola offers a great range of sandwiches, empanadas and salads. My fave would be the lomito completo, a beef sandwich with a ham and cheese, vegetables and chimichurri sauce (or however they spell it)! It's delicious!!! I was there last night again, we were 7 people and it only took 15 minutes to get all the food! Everyone on the table was extremely happy and will go back now knowing the place. Coffees and their sweets are also great and homemade!!!!! The staff is amazingly kind and helpful! All in all: this is a secret spot for a little treat :) totally worth to try! read more

A tasty hidden treat down near Baggot st, especially at lunch time. The majority of the menu items here consist of meat filled Argentine sandwiches. I've tried a number of them and they never fail to be delicious. The staff are always extremely pleasant and the location is small but seemingly never completely booked out (thankfully)). Although more expensive than a typical sandwich, it's definitely worth the price, leaving you quite full afterwards. I recommend picking up a dulche de leche treat from behind the counter before leaving. Definitely check this place out if you're running out of lunch options on Baggot St itself, it's more than worth the extra short walk. read more

I came in with high hopes, and they were exceeded. This is the food I remember from Argentina - the stuff normal people ate, not the fancy restaurant versions that are way more common, but somehow just a little less ... satisfying. Highly recommended. read more

Very interesting place with good quality and value. I saw San Miguel beer and Quilmes beer in a fridge that they have there and immediately sent me good vibes. They have good churrasco, chorizo, empanadas and the meat is excellent. It is a place you can book in advance. I did not try the desserts but they look good too. The portion of French fries with the meal is generous. The place is in a really cool part of Dublin. Sometimes wandering around pays off. I was happy with the chance of speaking Spanish with the team of Bondiola. Bondiola means fiambre made of pork yummy !!! read more

Ended up in there by accident, thought I'd be getting a plane old irish style steak sandwich and ended up with the best steak and chicken and chips I've had. Delicious, a real find and great value. read more

A great sandwich treat, hidden just east of Baggot st. I can eat sandwiches every day of the week, multiple times a day. I will be returning here; the ten or so lunch items they had looked amazing. The sandwiches were prepared fully on location, with the hot meat cooked to order. Was a nice change from the "deli" meat so many others serve in the area. read more

A hidden gem with really fresh beautifully done authentic Argentinian food. The empanadas are really flavourful and worth the trip alone. The bondiola was also delicious and quite light despite looking quite heavy. Great coffee too and lovely staff. read more

I am a regular at this place and cannot do anything but recommend it! There is only one veg option on the menu, so I think it's fair to say it's meat-lovers only, but aside from that, it's tastebuds heaven! Both the sandwiches and the steak are amazing, juicy, perfectly seasoned, the service is extra friendly and last but not least, great value for money. read more

The food, especially the meat, was very good. The service was precise and friendly. Nothing to complain about, maybe the price is a bit too high for the size of the portions, but one could argue that the quality comes with a price. read more
