Staff was rude. Went in to ask a simple question if anyone was there that could put in some jewelry for me (already had the jewelry and was previously pierced). Man working just shook his head at me and went back to doing his business. I literally thought he was joking/being sarcastic at first. Seems like they don't care about new customers or growing their customer base. Have a large tattoo on my shoulder I was also considering getting touched up there. Spencer gave me my first tattoo ever back in the spring of 2013. He was really nice and super talented. Even though I just got a simple script on my forearm he did really well and I could tell he put a lot of thought and effort into the design, which I loved. I was proud when he told me I did great for it being my first tattoo. I think it helped that he isn't heavy handed as well. The shop was clean and everyone was nice and chill. Great tattoos at a reasonable price. Tattoo dudes were vary attentive and courteous. I got a old tattoo redone and I am super satisfied with the work ethic and fairness of the artist they call Jay . I stopped by Bonaroo to see about getting two tattoos. When asked what I wanted I told him and I was very disappointed with what he said. I had brought in an example of what I wanted and he said that he wouldn't do it, that he would do his own version of it. When I asked him what it would look like or what his idea was he told me again that he would draw it up the way he wanted it. That's not what I asked for! I have never gone to a tattoo shop that wouldn't do a tattoo of whatever design you brought in. The person that I spoke with was not very personable at all and was very cold! He quoted me an ungodly amount for two small tattoos! Over $400!! Way over priced!! I ended up finding an awesome tattoo shop that not only did both my designs, but I only paid $180 and got two beautiful tattoos from them! I'm not really sure how Bonaroo gets clients with having an attitude like the one I saw. Huge disappointment! I would never go to this tattoo shop ever...and would not recommend it to anyone else!! read more

Showed up to this shop at 3:00pm were promised a 20min wait, were not served until and hour and a half later with no apparent wait. This place although with potential has cause what was supposed to be a fun filled birthday extravaganza into a long wait for a single piercing. This sad excuse for a shop has dismal time management skills and is the last place to ever come for a simple hole in one's ear. A mall kiosk would be more fitting than the agonizing wait me and my daughter went through. read more

Did get a tattoo here but they fired the artist - which doesn't surprise me because the artist was GOOD! The manager, Charlie, is so disgustingly rude! I will never step foot in this shop again. They seem to get rid of the good artists. Thankfully I was able to locate the artist who did my tattoo so I could get another one from him. I would not recommend this shop at all - don't waste your time because they don't care, you will be ignored and Charlie obviously doesn't care about the business. read more

I just went recently to Bonaroo to get a piercing done, and I have had many piercings done there. Josh was my piercer and he was awesome, very cordial. I would definitely recommend him. Beyond that, in the past, I have had some ink done there, and it wasn't so stellar. It seems as if they change tattoo artists a lot, so if you need any re-work done, you are out of luck. They are under new management, so I hope to see that change. I am still weary of getting ink done there again, but their piercers have always done a great job. read more

Got my first tattoo almost 15 years ago at Bonaroo Tattoo in Aurora, so I was excited when I saw a Bonaroo open in Parker. Looked it up, and saw the reviews, so thought again. Then saw the better reviews about the new management & artists, looked at the portfolios & profiles of the artists online, & thought I'd give it a try. Went in looking for a consult with Kristin & found she wasn't in that day. The guys I spoke with were really nice & the shop is dark (b/c of decor) but clean. Came back with my design basics & caught her about a week later. Totally worth the wait. I had a couple of designs I wanted mixed, and she did a great job at a decent price. Kristin is soooo nice & totally put me at ease, even though I'm a bit of a wimp. :-) I love my new ink & will totally go back to her again. read more

This place is seriously AMAZING! i had charlie doing my tattoo he did a great job. It looks amazing. He made me feel comfortable while he was working on me. I walked in the door and had to actually approach an artist, because no one even noticed me looking around the shop. Brought in a picture of exactly the tattoo I wanted. Artist said it wouldn't be a problem at all. Paid $80 cash for something about the size of a half dollar. Tattoo didn't turn out very good at all. Doesn't look like the picture I brought in. Not happy. I will have to go somewhere to get it fixed. If that's even possible. Might have to do a coverup. I went in on Saturday march 29th at about 7pm. read more

I was very excited to get a tattoo and was concerned about being able to get one (I am only sixteen). The storefront has a very nice, cool atmosphere that I was comfortable with. Charlie did my tattoo as he was the only one there willing to do tattoos on teenagers. He was very easy to talk to and we got along well. Since my tattoo was only letters with no fill it only took about five minutes to do. Some may say a hundred dollars for five minutes of work is too much, but I would rather pay more than be too risky. The facility was very clean as was all of the equipment and I was given very detailed after care instructions. I will definitely be coming back when I want another tattoo read more

The people that I have met who work here are truly unpleasant people. I went in and was not greeted or felt welcomed whatsoever. I got to the front desk and the man there did not even bother to turn around and say anything. I finally said something and he turned around and said nothing. He was very rude and short with me. He didn't care why I was there or what I was there for he didn't ask me anything. It was an awful experience! I've actually been there before to get a piercing in 2011 and the man who pierced me was mean and sarcastic and made me feel stupid for getting my nose pierced. It's been many years since I've been back but I went today and it was the same terrible experience as before. I will never recommend anyone to ever go there for anything. I advise people to go to real professionals who know how to be friendly and treat customers respectfully rather than treating them like they don't matter. I wish there was a lower score than 1 star because they don't even deserve that. read more

What a surprisingly great experience! Our 14 year old daughter wanted a tragus ear piercing. I went in before I took my daughter along and met w/ Josh. He was well spoken, not rushed and educated me on the fact that a 14 year old is too young for a tragus (it would not be centered as she grew) He told me that they would not do a tragus piercing on anyone under 16. We were not interested in a navel piercing but he also helped me see that since adolescent grow in their midsection, a navel piercing at age 14 would stretch and possibly cause scarring as the kid grew. Wow, I was not expecting to be so impressed with how thoroughly and patiently Josh handled my visit. When my daughter came back with me, Josh was again instructional and patient, gentle with his explanation of a cartilage piercing and extremely well spoken. He put our daughter at east with her last minute hesitancy and provided terrific after care instructions. Great customer service, top shelf professionalism and we will most certainly be back. read more
