Awesome experiences with this place! Aimee Hwang did my cat. Turned out super clean and simple, just the way I wanted. She was extremely friendly and patient. Most recent tattoos are the Rick and the space man. Those were done by Joe Blackstone. I came in with these two as stencils and Joe put his artistic touch/shading to them and they turned out better then I imagined. I am so happy and please with all the professionalism, cleanliness, and especially friendliness. Prices are fair and posted behind the cashier for transparency. These people have it together! Have had much work done here. I called to book another appointment. Extremely rude and unprofessional. You lost a customer because your a dick. Work on your customer service skills. A couple friends and I walked in to get piercings close to closing time and they happily fit us in. Marty got us set up and Aimee did our piercings. They were both so friendly, and the piercings went so so quickly and smoothly. Very comfortable and friendly environment, we were all laughing and joking by the time we left. WORST SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN...I got a tattoo from these guys a few years ago, it faded within 2 weeks of getting the tattoo. Of coarse I called and went in multiple times to see if they could fix it or reimburse some of my money back...they sent me between the artist and the owner until they eventually stopped responding/answering and NOTHING got resolved. Since then I have witnessed numerous other people either get work done or schedule an appointment at this shop, all who have had similar experiences as mine. DO NOT GO HERE, Unless you want to be screwed over. Horrible service, and dirty looks when you walk in the door. There are at least 2 if not 3 other tattoo shops in town...go there please. read more

I am beyond pleased with my experience at this shop. Nick McQueen is the artist I chose to do my tattoo and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Originally I just tagged along with my boyfriend while he was getting his tattoo from CiCi and as I perused the artist's portfolios on the table in the waiting area, I realized that Nick was the man I needed to speak with regarding my next piece. After he was done with a client I spoke with him briefly about some of my ideas, put down $60 as a deposit for my next appointment, and afterwards I emailed him a handful of pictures that I'd had to match the long-winded description in said email. I think I spent 3 sessions with Nick, at about 4 hours each time. He was very easy to chat with and the conversation didn't seem to impact his ability to do his job, so that was reassuring too. I continue to get overwhelming compliments on my piece and I refer people to him any chance I can get. I can't wait to go back and get more work done by Nick. read more

No no no!!! My husband came here for a tattoo and made a deal on price regardless of time. Was going to take a few sessions but guy wanted to be paid upfront. BAD DECISION on our part. When my husband called him to schedule next session he told my husband that he wants more money. They argued for a while, and we realized we got screwed. And we did not continue with them. read more

Had tattoo appointment scheduled and they didn't specify requirements when we pre paid so we called asking nicely about refunds and they gave attitude and then one of our moms called and lied saying we were being rude. So we didn't get our 120$ back or rescheduled. Very very poor place. And people. We are kids and they totally just took advantage of us when our parents weren't there. read more

This is a great place to get a tattoo! I've gotten my fair share of work done at more than a few different shops and this by far has become my favorite! I just finished getting a rattlesnake on my calve (done by Nick). He is a very talented artist with many amazing pieces. I get compliments on my tattoo all of the time! First off I want to say that Joe Blackstone was a true professional. He did a great job with the crappy picture I emailed him and I really love the tattoo he gave me. my daughter put a 60 deposit down and nick the tattoo texted her saying he was running behind could she come later.she responded no then never heard back from them to get her deposit .i her mother called and spoke with nick yesterday and he said she needed 48 hours to cancel.she did not cancel he did.this place is a rip off don;t go there ever.today i called again and ask for owners name they would not give it to me. she has 3 small children under the age of four full time student and 60 dollars is alot to her,hell thats 3 boxes of diapers!!!!!!!! i have copy of email nick sent her. read more
