Aaron had good communication with us from start to finish. He confirmed our reservation via email…read moreand phone. He arrived on time and had the car seats that we requested. The SUV he picked us up in was clean and he was a safe driver. The only thing I would have liked is if the car seat was a newer model. It was old as the hills. Clean, but super old. And I would have liked if he offered meet and greet service since we had so much luggage. Other than that, all was A+. We would use him again the next time that we visit the San Francisco area.

First and foremost, I'll start by saying I highly recommend Nfaly Transportation! We were very…read morefortunate to have been at the right place, at the right time. Nfaly was parked in front of the Grand Hyatt in Union Square with his spacious and clean Town Car, and we were four adult people on vacation with dinner reservation's.......a great match, right? You bet! We got in, and although we knew we would be comfortable, what caught us by surprise was how much we enjoyed Nfaly. He not only was an excellent driver, but he was very personable when engaged. With that said, the four of us were so pleased with his services, that we called upon him to pick us up from dinner, and then again the next day to take us to the airport. We found Nfaly Transportation to be reasonable, but what really set Nfaly Transportation apart from others, was Nfaly! What a great experience.....I highly recommend Nfaly Transportation!!

Gurvinder is efficient, responds to you, and his drivers are super helpful. If I'm traveling somewhere where I don't need a car-seat, Gurvinder's been able to store it for the duration of my trip. I imagine I pay a slight premium over a Taxi, but it's usually not that much. $30 + tip to transport my family a few miles, safely, comfortably at the crack of dawn, isn't too bad in my book.

Ended up booking a reservation with the owner of the company... these guys are GREAT. Awesome Towncars, with some vehicles that have Wi-Fi on board in case you want to work to/fro. It was my family and myself returning to SFO after a vacation. Booked the evening before our return... the driver (Gurvinder) was there on time, kept a check on flight status (he knew our flight was early and actually was waiting at SFO around an hour ahead of the scheduled arrival). Picked us up, helped with luggage to the car and then from the car to our home. I can't recommend these guys enough. EXCELLENT service, and, best of all no hidden fees. I've dealt with others who have a surcharge to use a credit card, and then another fee/tip for the driver. RJ gave me an all inclusive charge without anything hidden. I happened to ask about prices to SJC/OAK which were also very reasonable. I work for a major networking firm and plan on utilizing them when I travel on business.

If you have a travelzoo voucher- be prepared to pay ALL the tasting fees even though it's clear on…read morethe voucher that they are included. They try to get around it by saying the fee will be taken off wine purchased, but that was only the case with one of the wineries we went to. Of course they didn't tell us this until we were getting in the limo in San Francisco. Rather than make the situation uncomfortable for my friends, I just decided to roll with it. It was horribly embarrassing. 8 of us unnecessarily paid $10 each for tastings at 3 different wineries, and we totally weren't prepared for that. If your driver is Ned do not even go on the trip. When he dropped us off in San Francisco he demanded a $172 tip, and would not take anything else. He said that was a mandatory fee for gratuity, and that was not listed anywhere on the voucher. My husband offered him $120 (which I did not agree with at all), and he said no. He kept trying to strongarm us into paying $172. We were so scared, we were seconds away from calling the police. Besides having to pay tasting fees at wineries which were supposed to be included, the driver was trying to intimidate us into tipping $172? We called Alex, and Alex asked us to put Ned on the phone. By this time we were so scared and uncomfortable, we just walked away. It was a total disaster. Ned then called my cell phone and my husbands phone screaming at us calling us cowards for stiffing him. I'm sorry but we offered you $120 and that wasnt enough. No one tried to stiff him, but you get what you get especially when the voucher clearly included false advertising. I have written Travelzoo a complaint, and I encourage everyone this happens to to do so as well. There is no way this should be permitted. 7/30/2012-Edit: I have now been receiving threatening messages from Ned calling me every name in the book, and indicating that he is going to inform my work about what a filthy w---- I am. The fact that he knows where I work is disturbing- it just proves he is a stalker. If you have a travelzoo voucher do yourself a favor and just throw it away. You will pay the total price of the voucher in tasting fees and "gratuity." Now to have to file a police report against a limo driver has just added to this terrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

So, this review is really 2.5 stars, which is an average of the driver, Lester, getting 5 stars,…read moreand the customer service/truth in advertising for the company and its owner, Alex, getting ZERO stars. Almost negative stars. I purchased a TravelZoo voucher for this limo service for a discounted Sonoma Wine Tour. It clearly stated on the voucher that the day would include 6 hours of limo service stopping at 4 predetermined wineries INCLUDING TASTINGS, SNACKS, a bottle of sparkling wine, and bridge toll. The trip started off great, with a nice greeting from Lester and two (halfway decent) bottles of sparkling wine since our limo was full. But! We got to the first winery and our tasting was NOT by any means included. Although it wasn't expensive, the fact that the voucher clearly stated the tastings were included was not very fair to any of the customers. We called Alex, the owner of the business, and he didn't really seem to understand our disappointment. He said the tastings are free "IF YOU BUY A BOTTLE OF WINE." Really??? So we each have to buy a bottle of wine at each of the four wineries to get the value of our voucher? How come it didn't say that ON the voucher? We asked him kindly for a refund for the costs of the tastings, and he said that was absolutely not an option. He actually said he didn't care if we were all disappointed in the way the business is run because he "knows how to run a business." He did offer us an additional 2 hours in the limo, but that wasn't really the point. We all would have been prepared and accepting of the additional costs had we been informed (or at least not lied to) before buying the voucher. Also, there were no snacks in the limo. LIES LIES LIES. Based on the pure beauty of Sonoma and tastiness of their wines, this tour was still lots of fun. Just be prepared to pay more than you were told you would.
