They were great, would definitely use again…read more I had them replace a couple of water filter systems for us and install a replacement hot water tap for us. We were recommended by Salem Plumbing. Complaints? Hard to get appointment because he was so booked up, but that's because he does good work. Also, I would have preferred to be able to pay my bill either right away with a credit card (even with a 3% surcharge) or when I received the bill, to pay online directly. Only way to pay was by writing a check unless I phoned the office which I never thought to do. But excellent quick and efficient work so I really can't complain.

He is professional, knowledgeable, a great communicator, and has an easy going disposition --- which in my experience can be a challenging combination of positive traits that isn't always easy to find. He came out as scheduled, took a look at not only the sink, but also had to move some ceiling panels in the basement (not an easy feat to access) to diagnose the issue. Within just over an hour, my tenant's sink was fixed and the area Tom worked in was cleaner than how he found it. His rate was completely affordable. He also gave some additional advice regarding updating my home's plumbing for the future. I would highly recommend Tom for any / all plumbing needs. Highly.
