William texted me within an hour of my request and was able to help identify the issue and help us fix it over the phone. We will certainly be looking here for future requests and very grateful for Williams help!

I normally review restaurants on Yelp, but wanted to commend William and Wall's Plumbing & Heating…read moreServices on a job well done. I had a 12-year old kitchen faucet that started leaking and bought a new one to replace it. Similar 2-hole style; base and side sprayer. Usually I would do these relatively simple tasks myself, but I had a busy work week. I used Yelp to reach out to all the local services that had 4 stars or higher. William was quick to respond. A few text messages here and there, and we made an appointment for the next morning. Now, I wasn't there at the time, but coming home I could see it was well done. My wife commented that they cleaned up after themselves and even put all the items we pulled out from under the sink back in. That's service! Communications: 10/10 - Extremely fast to respond and kept me up-to-date while I was at work Price: 8/10 - Competitively priced for the area. Replacement costs ranged from $165 - $300. Wall's was on the lower end of that scale. Service 10/10 - Simply awesome! I would highly recommend based on this experience and will look toward working with them again for future needs.

I received an approximate estimate by phone, which was precisely what I was charged! Another referral by Yelp! (ER Plumbing) was totally ridiculous and given to me without ANY facts or attempt to even "troubleshoot" a problem! I was presented with TWO Estimates; $2,021.00 OR $1,472.00 to "clear the main sewer line backing up into toilet" I would NEVER recommend ER Plumbing, this was a clear Rip-off.....beware!

Admittedly I don't know much about plumbing or electrical so it was intimidating at first. Shawn was so easy to work with. He showed up on-time, was friendly and got everything working as expected. Just a month or 2 ago something stopped working and he quickly replied and helped me troubleshoot and fix it within minutes (it was user error, but he was still friendly and responsive about it). Really nice guy and I'm glad I went with him. Highly recommended.
