Keith arrived on time and quickly determined that my regulator valve could be bad, causing excessive water pressure. He was very professional in explaining his reasoning and options for cost effective repair. I received a repair quote by text within minutes and he made the repair. The cost for parts and labor seemed fair to me. I was also given recommendations on additional repairs and improvements to my system. They were very willing to answer all my questions and stick around to make sure the system was running properly. I'll definitely give them a call for any future repairs in my home.

On May 22, 2026, the installer came to inspect the issue and confirmed that the leak was the result of the installation. He told me he would return to repair it. Since then, I've made repeated attempts to schedule the repair. Communication has been inconsistent, and getting a firm commitment has been extremely frustrating. He was supposed to come on Monday, but after I called to follow up, I was told he was camping and would come later that week. As of today, I still have not heard from him, and I have been unable to reach him. I understand that schedules can change, but two months of trying to get a confirmed repair date for an issue that was acknowledged by the installer is disappointing. I would have appreciated honest communication and timely follow-through. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of accountability and customer service after the installation.

This wasn't much of a suprise since the pipes were making really loud noises for awhile. We called our trusted plumbing company Harry W Wells & Sons and they came to our rescue! Jay arrived right on time around 10:30 and was able to diagnose and explain what the problem was. He explained what needed to be done, which parts needed to be replaced and why, and performed the necessary tests. He was quick, efficient, polite and very knowledgable. This is the third time we've used Harry W Wells and Sons. It is a local company located within our neighborhood, so that is a plus! The first time we needed a new water heater installed and they did the installation quickly with no hiccups afterwards. The second time we had a cast iron toilet flange issue and the plumbers got down and dirty to fix it! I should stress here the issues are independent of any previous work provided by Harry W Wells and Sons- these are all separate issues with the house! Each time we've had a really quick response from Harry W Wells and Sons and have been really impressed with the service. The cost of materials and repairs are very reasonable as well.
