I was flabbergasted when my current independent tech showed me the pictures, not only of the empty housing but all of the sludge and build up in my system.... which supposedly was flushed out by them in April, yes, just 6 months ago. Check out the pictures, you'll see. Find yourself a local guy who's familiar with your system. I am usually on a positive review person; I like to help small mom and pop shops build their businesses.
