The knowledgable staff has been the same ,I assume because it's a family group. The repairs are done on site in the workshop that you can see from the show room. They have at least six jewelers/repairmen full time there. My ring was ready a week from drop off. I picked it up and again the service was polite and welcoming. I noticed later that there was something that needed an adjustment and I broke my pearl necklace, so I stopped back. They were very happy to do the adjustment and restring my pearls and the turn around was very efficient. Every staff member each time was friendly and helpful. Even when it was busy or couples got engaged there. It's a joy to have a local family business here in a time of chains and on line shopping.
