Also I referred several people and she charged me $150 more than the people I referred. I always tip 20%. I'm so glad this happened because when she was told not to worry about it I found someone to fix my hair. She asked if I wanted to come in on Tuesday when she's known for 12 years I work 12 hour days. I had no expectations of her coming in but she offered to take then out but would not put them back in. That would've been a nightmare. This has happened a couple times now. She over charges and her work has gone so down hill. I just didn't want to deal with my work and finding someone new. She handsewn extensions into my hair, the extensions were tight only for the first day, but now I forget I have them unless I touch my head. I have very fine, frizzy hair, and she cut and highlighted it in a way that makes it much more manageable.
