The replacement went exactly the way he said and took no longer than the time that was estimated. There were no added fees, just the rate I was quoted. He was incredibly friendly and was very patient with my dogs I cannot recommend them enough.

A friend recommended Aspire, and I was able to get ahold of someone almost immediately, text with photos of the issue, and get recommendations for immediate next steps. They were out the next day to help manage what turned out to be an ancient disposal, and gave good advice about the options. They were communicative, and back again later in the week to install a few new faucets to finalize things, and I was just so happy with how quick, communicative, and thoughtful they were, especially in dealing with me primarily but also allowing my father, who is in his 80s, to drive as much of the decision making as possible. It's hard to find service like that, and I wish we could bring Aspire back to our home on the west coast with us, especially since we're now dealing with our own plumbing issues at a much greater cost. Grateful for their work, their value, and their integrity!

They took the time to answer our questions, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent service at a very competitive price. A big thank you to Dusty and Drake for all of their hard work installing our new central air system. They worked tirelessly in the heat, were professional and respectful throughout the day, and left everything clean when the job was finished. It's clear they take pride in their work. It's not often you find a company that delivers both exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. We highly recommend Heiser Heating & Air Conditioning and would gladly use them again in the future. - Charlie Sims, Urbana, IL

A Guy named Jake came out and he did OK but when I finally got the proposal he made an error on it. So I had to explain to to him what my Heat pump system was again which was not a variable speed as he figured but it is a 2 speed Trane 18. And I said I wanted to know what the furnace would cost (and the model number) and what the gas line would cost and what the air cleaner would cost separately broken down. He said his boss wouldn't do that. Well I never heard of such a thing. I've never dealt with people who won't tell you individual costs. That's wrong. You don't just bunch it up all together and say this is your deal. Every other HVAC company I have dealt with for this expensive 5 figure job has broken it all down and explained what the gas line would cost ...what the furnace would cost....and what the air cleaner would cost and a gas exhaust and intake and what my Mothers furnace would cost. So I found another company who has been very nice and professional and were more than willing to break all costs down like professionals and they are getting the job. I didn't even have to request them to do this. They just do it. So I do NOT recommend Kelso.

Before I had the work completed, I got a quote for the plumbing job and was told it would be $115 an hour. So, I went ahead and scheduled the service. It took 30 minutes to complete the job, so imagine my surprise when I get an invoice for $190!!!! That math doesn't quite add up. I called to get clarification and they basically told me that the plumbers "set their own rates." So what good is getting a quote at all??? Basically, they just charge what they want. I will never ever use this service again. Plenty of other honest plumbing services in the area.

My home is in Danville, but they do provide plumbing service in Danville, IL…read more They are a breath of fresh air, and provide the type of plumbing service that I remember from my childhood. They typically come either same day or next day, with absolutely no additional emergency service charge. The focus is on taking the appropriate time to properly diagnose your plumbing issue, then providing you with the right fix. Then, to top it all off, their charges are very fair and reasonable. Unlike many other services, there is NO attempt to overcharge. In fact, they are probably undercharging as any other plumbing service would charge much more for the exact same service, some probably two to three times as much. So, do yourself a favor, if you have a plumbing problem to fix, give them a call. They will come out fairly promptly, give you the exact fix you need, and charge you a very reasonable price. Avoid the other competition that loves to price gouge customers.
