We were having issues with water not draining properly and actually backing up back through drains…read more It was 11:00 on a Saturday morning, so we were worried about 1) could they work us into their schedule and 2) how much extra would it be for weekend/emergency service. We were told they would get to us, but it would be a couple of hours as there were a few jobs already ahead of us. They arrived in what we considered a very timely fashion, especially on a Saturday afternoon. They listened to what I explained as the issue, observed the clean out, and knew exactly what to do. They ran the auger approximately 100 feet and you could hear it breaking through the tree roots. Upon retracting the auger, the roots were very evident on the cable and the claw. The service guy was very friendly and explained what he was doing through the whole process. He was extremely willing to answer all my questions. We were expecting to pay $500-$600 for this kind of service on a weekend. I was very pleasantly surprised when he said it was $305. I would definitely recommend Schoonover Sewer Services and I would definitely use their services again if needed!

He said his boss wouldn't do that. Well I never heard of such a thing. I've never dealt with people who won't tell you individual costs. That's wrong. You don't just bunch it up all together and say this is your deal. Every other HVAC company I have dealt with for this expensive 5 figure job has broken it all down and explained what the gas line would cost ...what the furnace would cost....and what the air cleaner would cost and a gas exhaust and intake and what my Mothers furnace would cost. First of they charge $140 per hour for service calls…read more Second when a unit that they install breaks and is covered by warranty, they still charge you $140 per hour to the fix unit. Yea great you don't charge me for the part but most other company's charge around $60 to $70 per hour and if part is under warranty they charge the company that made the unit for their time.
