He said the accounting team transposed the numbers and wants me to send to another routing number at a totally different bank. He says "don't worry, the bank can reverse the tranfer". In the mean time, he got the money and closed the account at the bank. Thats why the NEW routing number was to a different bank. I'm screwed out of $29,300 and he totally couldn't care. In the beginning they were good to the point she purchased a extended maintance program. She took her car in the beginning of June before she drove out to Ca. She wanted then to check her fluids, filters,and oil change. When she got to Ca she asked if I would take her car for a drive since it didn't feel right. The car vibrated all over the place I took it to our local tire store for them to check the tires out. They found that almost all the weights on the tires were gone. I checked the fluids which were all low I checked the air filter and noticed a K&N filter I placed in her car before she left to go back there was not there also the cabin filter was very dirty. When she returned she had to get another oil change and told the service guy what took place in Ca. Telling him about the tires which he's response was I don't believe that happened. Ummm excuse it did I was standing there when they took the tires off and there was no weights. Also meantioned regarding the 80.00 K&N filter which was brand new and there a sticker on the box not to remove it. Nothing didn't say a word not offered to reimburse the money lost with what they took out and I had to repurchase for her. Then You get to the cabin filter which was black and covered in leaves leaves from the house she is staying at. After she told me what took place when she got back getting it serviced I wanted to file a complaint regarding all these issues. I have called no call back went on line and filed a complaint NOTHING. So now since shel be back there for a little longer she is looking for a new mechanic to wrk on her car. Since this place dropped the ball and practically called her a lier.

Bought an Audi from the Warsaw location. Vehicle appeared fine. I was told they replaced some…read moreequipment related to the turbo. I drove it before buying it. I checked underneath for leaks and no leaks. Well, a few days after I bought the vehicle, I noticed oil on the ground. I took it to my mechanic, and he said there are 3 leaks and the cost would be over $1600. He said that someone knew about the leaks because there was a dye on the engine that is used to find leaks. He said they probably could not or did not want to find the leak and let it go. I am not saying it was the dealer, all I am saying is to be aware. My mechanic said that it is possible that whoever knew about this, "rigged" it so it would be okay for a short time and then the problem would show. Unfortunately, I feel like I got screwed on this deal. Beware, is all I have to say.

Finding their listing through Carsdirect.com, i could see they were pricing pretty aggressively. So they were alreadynn the neighborhood of "reasonable asking price." You should know what a fair price is BEFORE you engage a dealer on a used car. The salesperson Jake Springer was great in communicating on the phone, email, etc. I had arranged a pre-purchase inspection with a local mechanic, and Jake sent me on my way with minimal hassle. When I decided I wanted to work out a price, Jake and his manager were similar to other dealers -- that "I've got to talk to my manager" dance. I get it. In my case, they countered once and accepted my second offer. Everything after that was hassle free. I recommend Bart's. They seem to seek out good vehicles to out in their inventory, and they seem to genuinely want a satisfied customer. Some reviews would tell you otherwise, which is why I'm writing.

My husband and I purchased two vehicles from Barts within a one year period…read more Initially we were happy with our purchases until the AC unit stopped working in one of the vehicles and the clearcoat literally started peeling off the car. When we took the vehicle to a mechanic to have the AC repaired the mechanic informed us the vehicle had been wrecked and both radiators and the condenser needed replaced. Of course Barts neglected to inform us of this history. Apparently the vehicle was cheaply repainted and short of having it repainted and more expense to us there is no resolution. The mechanical repairs were $2500. In the near future we will be looking for a vehicle for my grandkids and had Barts been willing to work with us on attempting to make things right we may have been back but there unwillingness to work with us will keep us from ever giving them additional business or recommending them to others in the future. I suggest that you are very careful about spending your precious dollars with Barts as their practices are not ethical and you may end up at the wrong end of the deal as we did.
