The staff showed me several options. I had to be sure it would fit in the shower area. They were so helpful and we chose the perfect bench seat. It has worked out nicely. It's very light material, but rated for 300lbs, and comes apart easily. I'm able to manage it myself. We also purchased a bedside toilet. It ended up that my husband didn't need this, but returns are so easy. We never used it, and I kept the original receipt. The saleswoman helped me out to the car with my purchase in the rain. She had a huge umbrella. She was so supportive and very kind. I highly recommend this business.

Won't call you back, won't let you return anything, etc.. I bought a $3175 Hospital bed from them for my dad. He had it for 13 days before he unexpectedly died. I called them immediately and asked if I could return the bed frame for a refund But would still buy the mattress because he slept on it for 13 days. I also offered to pay a 20% return fee. When Debbie finally called us back all she said was "No, all sales are final"! She had no compassion for the fact that my dad had just died, and didn't even say she was sorry for his passing or anything when we explained the situation. It was all about the sale for them and nothing about customer service at all. This is just a business for these people so if you order something and you have a problem with it, don't count on sending it back because "all sales are final". I guess you have to look at the fine print at the very bottom of the page. These people are sneaky and uncaring and just after your money. They also charged us for a sheet set we did not order nor receive.
