I do not recommend this highly unprofessional cell phone service company (a husband-wife team) on 8th street. They had stated it would take 24 hours to 12 days to unlock my iPhone. But based on further conversations with the husband, it appears the phone did not have the settings correctly modified. The owner stated that I could have a full refund based on their error (10 days since I initially brought the phone in). Upon returning for the 2nd time, I discovered that the registration order was not even submitted the day I initially brought the phone (late by 5 days). The wife said that her husband could be the only person to refund me, and that I had to return 3 hours later. Upon returning, now for the 3rd time, the owner did not honour his promise as he said. DO NOT go to this place! They are unprofessional, do not provide customer service & are very rude. I do not recommend this location, and would NEVER go to this place ever again.

After recommendation by Apple support I visited this location to see what they could do. The store is wide open, clean, and I was met with welcoming staff that quickly pulled me aside to a desk to go over my iPhone troubles. I wish I could remember her name, but I received a sympathetic listening ear as I went over the lengthy case. Before I even finished she had the paperwork ready to leave the phone for the tech to inspect. I left and returned in 40 minutes to be welcomed once again with a smile and the pleasure of having my device replaced on the spot. I was overjoyed. Fantastic service for any and all Apple gear that rivals and Apple Store. I wholeheartedly recommend.
