What a joke, I just wanted a estimated price for sending a bigger envelope to Germany, the girl in…read morethe UPS place asked me for the zip code but could not find it in the computer, she assumed therefore that it was the wrong zip code , when I told her that I lived there for 20 years and that I m sure it's not the wrong code she told me that she thinks that UPS might not send things to Germany at all, when I told her that that's not possible because I used UPS in Germany she called her manager. He showed up pretty fast and yelled at her in an Asian language I did not understand then he investigated what I was here for. I told him I want a price for sending a birthday present to my cousin only a lipstick and a card is going to be in the envelope, he told me UPS can't send lipstick, well that's that... Useless place, go to the post office in the mall
