Was…read morebelittled just for being a woman and, when I clearly explained the issue, I was told in various ways I was too dumb to understand before he turned to baby based metaphors as if that would help prove his point. I explained a few times incase he was not hearing it correctly, but turns out he just had no care in the world. Downright horrible experience and it left me never wanting to come back or give my business to this place. And, as it turns out, their advice was totally wrong and the woman who was too dumb to understand was absolutely right. If you want valuable advice and care? Do not visit. Never get anything for your car installed here. I had a remote/alarm system installed here and it…read moreshorted out a computer in my car. After getting it fixed 3 times, Visions told me it wasn't their fault and they would take no responsibility for it. I took it to Audio Link with Krazy Kileys and they re-installed the remote start/alarm and it now works amazing. Will never go back their car installation guy doesn't know what he is doing and was very rude to me when trying to explain to him what the problem was.
