I could not find it so I asked a woman for help. She appeared very annoyed I had asked her for help. I asked her if she could show me where the Ebike carrier in the flyer I had received was located in the store. She questioned me abruptly, (not polite at all) questioning me about if I had brought the flyer with me? I did not. She indicated that she could not help me then. I asked her who could then. She shook her head at me and muttered that I was stupid under her breath as she started to type something into her phone. Before I could say anything, another customer asked me if I had heard what she said? I said I had heard it and let the clerk know that I was sorry to be such a bother to her and that I would leave. The other customer also left with his wife leaving the a cart with 4 tires on it behind. I have always been a customer of Princess Auto following it through the last 3 locations and spending a bit of money in the store. I am not sure f I will return to Princess Auto but it will be a while for sure.

We have been dealing with an ongoing issue for quite a few months now (since the fall of 2017). We…read morehad ordered a barn door and have yet to get it in. At the beginning they kept telling us "it's coming in next week" for about 4-5 weeks. Then 3 months after placing the order (which we went out and got another door) we get a phone call saying the door is in. We went to pick up this door the next day and no one at Rona could find this door anywhere in the building. We spoke to the manager, I like to think he felt bad as he gave us a $50 gift card for the inconvenience . He said he would look into this and give us a call as soon as possible. So a few more weeks go by and we didn't hear anything, so we went into rona and spoke with an employee who handles the orders that come in. He couldn't help us in that moment but said he would get his manager to call the next day (which I made clear that they have said they would call before and we got no call). We received no phone call. 6 months later...still no door, no refund, no call. Very disappointed with how unorganized the employees are. We have no idea what to do at this point as we have been in to speak with several employees about our issue and no one has been able to help, no one will even refund us.

WHAT DO YOU THINK BUD??? no i'll just cut it and carry er out with no bill , no measurment. I was also told he could help me find the parts i needed to connect this pipe to a water tank.... he didn't know what a union valve is (which in his job should be common knowledge) and was just plain unhelpful and unfriendly.

We bought all seven appliances from them including a Kitchen Aid range. The first time I used it I was upset. The thing sounds like it's set on convection all the time and has the loudest fan in the world. We literally can't sit in our great room while the oven's on, we get chased upstairs because of the whiney noisy fan. It's the first thing guests ask when they come for supper 'what's wrong with your oven?' We went in and talked to Patty who had been our sales person and had been great, and she suggested a service call because there must be something wrong with it. The service man came and before he even got to the kitchen he had told me that he had had lots of these calls about these ranges and they're just unbelievably loud, there's nothing he can do. Went back to the store and the manager tells me 'yeah. They're just really loud. I always plug them in so people know what they're in for.' and basically too bad for me I'm stuck with it. Well thanks for communicating that to your sales staff that there's a serious and known issue with this product. I was upset enough about being sold a poor product but the fact that they knew about this and just dumped it on us and refused to do anything - completely unacceptable. Won't be buying anything here again ever.
