Took two months to do 4 hours work, one hour at a time on a 'rush' job. eventually put in a new…read moremotherboard due to time constraints and then when the replacement came in on warranty told us to sell it out selves. Good knowledgable sales staff, absolutely garbage service department. Half the work was 'verifying' things a second time even though they'd already done it once and we tested before bringing it in. If the work was done when promised competently there would have been a warranty part in the machine with a moth of time and hundreds of dollars saved.

Would NOT recommend…read more Make sure you confirm that they are putting a proper OEM screen on your phone. I brought mine there and was never told that they were going to put a sub par non apple screen on my iphone X. The thing quit working completely about 2 months after I got it. They were good about replacing the screen that quit, but as I used the new screen I slowly began to suspect how bad it was. The typing is so inaccurate and once I saw the colours alongside a real screen, they are not even close. It took me way too long to get back to them to try and get an OEM screen because it was a while before I realized how poor the quality was and I was sick of going back there to try and deal with this crappy screen. Since I would like to sell this phone and get a new one I decided to go back and try to get a real screen put on finally. It had been about 4 months since the last screen was put on, so I figured it wasn't ideal, but I was pretty unhappy with what I've ended up with. I thought maybe we could work out a deal where I could pay the labour and the difference between this bad screen and the OEM one. Unfortunately they would not go any lower that what I had paid originally for the crappy screen, which would result in me having paid almost $400 just to get my screen back to normal. This more or less turned into a shouting match and a terrible experience all around. Worst experience I've ever had at a phone repair shop. Do me a favour and go somewhere else to get this done, or at least make sure they give you a real Apple screen.
