When I arrived at the shop to pick up my laptop after repair, I noticed that one of the keys was wobbly. I complained about it to the man in charge of the shop. He said he would talk to the technician who repaired the laptop. The technician said he was sure that I warned him about a wobbly key when I brought the laptop for repair in the beginning. But I am 100% sure all the keys were in perfect condition. I am a copywriter and work 4-8 hours a day, creating text content. It involves tons of typing. I would never accidentally overlook and forget about a wobbly key. Yet the owner of the store or whoever he is started accusing me of lying. He even wanted to charge me extra for fixing that key if I did agree to proceed with them having my laptop repaired again. Though he later admitted that I might be right and offered to replace the keyboard for free, it was way too late. The funny thing is that the key simply popped up. Probably when they took the laptop apart. It simply got detached from the brackets. It took my wife less than 15 min to put it back. And she isn't a laptop mechanic. Another thing that I noticed when I brough the laptop home was that the keybaord caved in as you push a any button. My wife took the laptop back to Ukraine. The computer technician I know for years disassambled the laptop to find the cuase. And he did. The cause was Tech Edge two-left-hand so-called technician. Those scammers ruined the laptop beyond repiar. They somehow managed to distort a costly internal component the keyboard rests on. That's why the keyboard caves in now. Fixing this problem now costs more than buying the similar laptop model! This is the worst computer and electronics business I have ever dealt with. Under no circumstances shall you take your devices there. They will ruin them.

We have had a computers 30+ years since the MS-DOS prompt was the Start up page. The fact that he can do repairs in-house and on-line is a time saver since I'm too old to be driving around and leave a sick computer for diagnosis sometine in the coming week. Lexi J.

He didn't ask further questions, but made an appointment to come to my home and trouble shoot. He came in, opened the printer and said the black cartridge was dry. When I asked him what I owed, he asked if it was cash or cheque, when I responded cheque, he said that would be $66.60. I was very surprised at the amount for the 3 minute call! I said I expected to pay a nominal call out fee, but certainly not that much. His response was "did you expect me to do it for nothing?" I did write a cheque for the $66.60. Good business practice would have the technician say upfront what the charge would be, or he could have asked some questions of me over the phone such as "rub your finger over the cartridge and if you don't get some ink, the cartridge is dry." That was what he did as a diagnostic. I would never use this service again or recommend them. Jeff's appearance was also very unprofessional - baggy sweat pants and a hoodie that was covered in animal fur.
