Good knowledgable sales staff, absolutely garbage service department. Half the work was 'verifying' things a second time even though they'd already done it once and we tested before bringing it in. A little over a year later I accidentally dropped my phone approx 2 ft. My screen cracked. I went to pull of the damaged protector only to find out what they had put on was a piece of film that gave my screen no protection. They would not do anything to help repair my phone unless I paid over $200 including tax. Their negligence in removing my protective screen and replacing it with essentially a piece of saranwrap should have been covered by them. I did the right thing they did not. I do not recommend this highly unprofessional cell phone service company (a husband-wife team) on 8th street. They had stated it would take 24 hours to 12 days to unlock my iPhone. But based on further conversations with the husband, it appears the phone did not have the settings correctly modified. The owner stated that I could have a full refund based on their error (10 days since I initially brought the phone in). Upon returning for the 2nd time, I discovered that the registration order was not even submitted the day I initially brought the phone (late by 5 days). The wife said that her husband could be the only person to refund me, and that I had to return 3 hours later. Upon returning, now for the 3rd time, the owner did not honour his promise as he said. DO NOT go to this place! They are unprofessional, do not provide customer service & are very rude. I do not recommend this location, and would NEVER go to this place ever again.
