Joshua took time to talk on the phone about the job, asked great questions beforehand, then came out the next business day to look at the install job and give me a quote. He counselled us OUT of doing the work, and for that, I'm SO GRATEFUL. he could have easily just talked about the necessity of the job, and I wouldn't have known better. But, he's a good, ethical guy, and could appreciate our situation, and so he told us how we could make the best of our situation without massive demo and conduit, and crazy expensive wiring. And, he did it all graciously with a smile. What he got out of talking himself out of this job, is complete loyalty for any and all future jobs we'll ever need. Bill total said around $256 with credit card payment or $250 cash payment. I wanted a more detailed explanation on my bill of what services were performed (like if the valves needed adjustment, which is important). Went to the office to pay for the tune up in cash. Asked if I could get a more detailed bill from billing lady of what was done and told me she couldn't and they don't do that. Then, another gentleman tried giving me this long speech on why they couldn't. Billing lady then hands me a new bill which is now $100 more! They forgot to charge me for the battery replacement. Mistakes happen understandably, but when a customer asks for a detailed bill of what was done give it to them. My vehicle mechanic does, why can't they? Not okay with me and will no longer do business with them.
