The procedure seemed to go well and I returned to my office. Once there I noticed that my back felt wet and, as you can see in the photo, the wound was leaking blood. I called Luciano's office and spoke with a nurse who I told I was back at the office and the wound needed attention. He suggested I get gauze and tape and apply it to the wound. I noted that I couldn't do it myself since the wound is on my back. What was I supposed to do? Strip to the waist and ask a colleague to do it? I then told the nurse I was immediately returning to Luciano's office. When I arrived the Physician's Assistant treated the wound and redressed it. I asked to speak with the doctor but was told he wasn't available and I could speak with the Office Manager. My conversation with her was, to put it mildly, highly unpleasant. I won't be returning to this doctor and I've made arrangements to have the sutures removed by my PCP.

She will never say "well, let's see if your leg falls off first before we do something". She knows your history, will take action when needed, and also give you a reality check even if uncomfortable. I have spoken to the pharmacy and they knew the Doctors office specifically when I mentioned that our prescriptions are never ready. Apparently they don't participate in the auto renew program like every other medical office has subscribed to. A perfect example was today Sept. 5th 2019 when my 90 year old grandmother ask me to check on her hydroclorothizide prescription. I tried to call the office twice, once at 0900 and again at 0930 letting the phone ring a solid 5 minutes each time and no answer. I then went down to the doctors office to find two patients in the waiting room ( meaning they weren't busy ) but still nobody can answer a phone! True Story. he did save his life back than but 2 years later 6 days prior to 100 he left for Heaven. I have been seeing him for almost 40 years, nobody is better. Did he have past relations with a younger female and get into trouble, I don't know and don't care, who am I to Judge. Who does not have a past or have secrets that nobody knows... majority of people. Was it not Jesus that said he who has not sinned, let him throw the first stone.
