Ordered and paid for a 20 piece family meal. Made it home with a 12 piece. We didn't receive any of the biscuits or the honey mustard sauces. I called to make them aware and I was told that I could return to get the rest of my food. I have opted to never eat there again. Good thing there are plenty of other chicken places in town. We this Southern Cali born foodie has finally tried this much hyped Bojangles. I gave this experience a three star rating on friendliness, cleanliness and the Biscuits!!! The staff were friendly and attentive. They made this Cali foodie feel welcome and were thankful for my son who serves in the Army. The restaurant was very clean and gave a warm welcome feeling to all who come. The chicken was tasty but not hot. The fries appeared to be under cooked and heavily seasoned (made it too salty) the biscuits were to die for!! I will definitely be coming back for those dang biscuits. Everything needs improvement! First the attitude of the staff. I stop at 10:00 am to get a biscuit and a drink. Ordered the two smoke sausage biscuit sandwich's for $5. A couple of people were waiting on their food; so they took and order and step away to bring orders out. Most the staff was focused on the drive through. So after 30 minutes, I finally got my biscuits and head to my vehicle. As I was about to drive off, I check my order and it was wrong. Got two regular sausage and cheese biscuits, not my order of the Smoke Sausage biscuits. I took the order back in and told them after that long wait and my order was wrong. She looked at me like, oh well, I really do t care. So I just left, I figured Bojangles need my money worse than I needed the biscuits. So I have had it at Bojangles; no more there are two many places for fast food breakfasts that is better than the frustration at Bojangles. read more

Ordered food and all was not ready. Was told to pull past the door and they would bring it out. So I did. After I pulled forward the car behind me received their order and pulled right behind me and began to blow their horn. Tired of the bad food, so I had to post. Went through the drive thru yesterday and got a biscuit and a Mt Dew. The biscuit was good but the Mt Dew taste like soapy water! Not sure what the deal was. A friend recommended this place for lunch. My buddies and I went here and we were all served with the utmost courtesy and respect during our visit. While we were eating we were intervened by the cashier who asked us how everything was and if he could get us anything. Who does this? I've never experienced this in a fast food restaurant before. Apparently someone in management is doing their job because this dining experience was amazing because of this young man! After landing in Columbia I saw these eateries on every turn. I was hesitant to try them because of their frequency. But I was hungry and the curiosity got me! Though a bit of a drive from the hotel alley it was worth the distance. The smell hits you when you walk in and I was ready to eat. I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit with sweet tea. The chicken was a bit old but the taste was superb! The sweet tea was refreshing and what I expected. I will be coming back to give them a chance on that 5th star. read more

Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes with 5 cars in front and 4 cars behind us. Once we recurved our food it was very cold and they messed up our order because multiple cars left the drive thru line. If at all cost avoid this Bojangles. read more

For a town with dozens of options for fried chicken and the fixins, Bojangles is most definitely your best bet.

They use to be good, but not only do they need a new drive through speaker(can't hear them) they need to ask before taking a dollar out of your account for a shamrock! The chicken biscuits tasted like they cooked the chicken in the same grease as their new fish sandwich. The chicken was fishy! Yuk! The biscuits are always dry, dry, dry! Awful! Don't waste your money on this place. The Bojangles on 15 South is much better.

Good place. Staff needs to work on communication though. The chicken supremes meal is very good!
