Get it together Bojangles!! I order 2 bacon egg cheese biscuits for $4.00 and got the steak egg cheese combo with two large teas. Came to $16.00 Get to the window, they hand me a small bag with two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. I said this is not the complete order- she snatched the bag back threw it on the counter calls 3 ppl over poured the biscuits out all crazy like ...u sat there 10 minutes and she finially gave me my order and said- they forgot to charge you for the steak egg and cheese combo- but whstever- I said um you are WRONG! If thats the case, what did i just pay $16.00 for??? She slamed her drive thru window and walked away. Unbelieveable!! read more

Great place to eat at love the food, my only problem is there's 1-2 staff in particular that constantly give me the wrong stuff, I always get a 2 piece leg, and when those staff in particular are working they give me and my boyfriend a leg and a thigh, we've never had this problem with the other staff. If you're too lazy to cook more legs then you shouldn't be working. read more

Barb wanted her usual McD's chicken sandwich; I suggested Bojangles instead. Surprisingly, I didn't have the app yet, so quickly uploaded and perused the selections. She opted for the Bo's Chicken Sandwich Combo with tater rounds; I just wanted a chicken filet biscuit and green beans. I placed the order on the app and it told me it would be ready in only five minutes, so I headed out. She asked if there were more than one in town; I honestly didn't know. Good thing I looked, because, indeed, I had ordered from a Bo's on Freeway Drive rather than the usual one on Barnes St we stop at on the way home. I pulled into the first pickup spot and clicked the 'I am here' on the app. 10 minutes later, still no food, so I walked in. Our food was ready, but the goofy system hadn't indicated to the staff I was there. (hence the 1-star deduction) The food itself was very good, particularly the chicken. The green beans were rather small, but tasty, nonetheless. Next time I'll try the drive-thru. read more

Terrible service. Always something with these guys. They can never be respectful or get the order right. One day they told me they couldn't serve me chicken because it was frozen. It was 7:30 in the evening. Basically telling me they are too lazy to do it even though they had all day to unthaw the chicken. read more

This is the WORST bojangles we have ever tried. I honestly do not see how they're still in business. We've tried this location 3 times over the last few years and every single time there was a hair in our food. Once in a biscuit, once in our 2 year olds fries, and once in some Mac and cheese. They have always been irritated with us when we bring it to their attention, refusing a refund but promising a remake and after finding hair in our food already, I'm always scared to get it remade. read more

31AUG2022 I just had the best bojangles biscuits ever and sweet botato pie. I don't know what this bojangles does different than the others but they got it right. The pie was so good I wish I'd got two. The staff know what they're doing this morning. read more

This place is slow as molasses. It's dinner time, 5pm, and they are understaffed and out of chicken. Maybe thier sales are down because they have nothing to sell and the employees could care less. Doubt I'll be back to this location. Otther Bojangles a better experience. read more

A decent Bojangles location, always kept clean & the staff is always friendly. The breakfast biscuits are always consistent, every once in a while I get one where they got a little butter happy & soaked the biscuit top so much it soaks through the wrapper & bag, I hate that. Same problem with the sweet potato pies here, I love the Bojangles sweet potato pie, but here they are always doused in butter making them so greasy it soaks through the box it comes in. The drive-thru always moves pretty quickly if there is a line & I've never had an incorrect order or shorted any items here, not many fast food places I can say that about. This place is OK. The chicken is always very dry and cooked to much. The window cashier never says thank you. For your order.

I come here a lot. There wait time in the drive thru is not to bad. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Staff is friendly and the food is good. I'm not fond of their coffee but, there is plenty of other choices in drink for me. I don't typically go for lunch or supper- they are mainly my breakfast go to. read more

This bojangles is slower and not as consistent as others I have been to. Drive thru line was very slow and biscuit wasn't very good.

They have best chicken biscuits and they are pretty fast friendly can't go wrong going to any of the Bojangles around

Incompetent staff. Slow. Trash and food left everywhere. Ordered something simple and 5 other people got their food before I did even tough I ordered before all of them. Stood in line for over 5 minutes with no one in front of me... listening to staff horseplay as I write this. It's obvious you struggle with simple tasks. read more

This is a chain, so the parameters are limited. However, we do have two local Bojangle's and I drive past the Freeway Dr. location to stop here if Bojangle's is the craving. They are fast, the food is hot, and exactly what this fried chicken and biscuit chain is all about. It's convenient and the staff is ALWAYS very friendly. That, coupled with the cleanliness make this familiar NC fast food joint a good stop. read more

Very disappointed will never return here. Two piece leg and thigh chicken under cooked and small. Mash potatoes were water down instant, no flavor. Biscuits flat not famous fluffy Bojangles Biscuits, Pinto beans only thing that was good, but small portions like size of a kids meal. $6,95 drink not inclueded. Very over rated. This is the second time visited here and both times was very disappointed. Thought I would give them second chance, but they failed miserably. I never right a review ever before about any restaurant anywhere but something had to be said about this one. read more

i try to support this location..but when I ordered a wrap meal without any sauce,as I pulled away from window..very hungry,i reached in bag opened wrap to bite..and got I mouthful full of sauce..sooo wheeled around in road .took back into restaurant..and just got refund..haven't been back..maybe the the folks of Reidsville that are desperate.for some bojangles food will keep this location&lazy employees .employed..and im certain my non-business will not affect or is any concern for this corporation.... read more
