I've been doing DoorDash deliveries for a couple months, and many are out of this restaurant. I have to say, they are definitely more organized than many other fast- or quick-service restaurants around. Yes, sometimes the employees don't have that jovial attitude, but they're not rude, and have gotten to know that when I walk in, what I'm there for, and hurry with my order if it's not ready. On occasion, I will pick up breakfast for the gf and I. I will have an order ready in the app, and when I get a pickup from there, place my order. Every time I have done this, my order is ready along with my delivery order. Today was no exception. I opted for the usual sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, but paired with a biscuit and gravy (rather than the usual hash brown). Admittedly, I still prefer Hardee's biscuits, but McD's have improved. Today they were as good as ever. The sausage gravy was pretty good, too. Not Bob Evans' quality, but good enough for a quick bite of breakfast or after bar close. One of the worst McDonald's I have experienced. Consistently get our ice tea order wrong, no lemon, sweetened when ask for unsweetened. Add too much tarter sauce to fish sandwich when asked for less sauce. Also cannot use the receipt for free burger as consistently receipt has no ink on it and indecipherable. Well , this is MC Donalds, so everyone k,ow the food that's served there. I think the one in REIDSVILLE is 4 out of 5 stars just because they get orders incorrect sometimes. But I don't recommend eating this type of food every other day .... If you want to be healthy, Choose wisely. Its good food of course, but you KNOW what I mean. Had to come here to keep my brother's yung'uns happy and they just about came away unhappy. For some reason their prices seemed a lot higher than others I've stopped at. The Big Mac meal was $7+ and it's been $5 at other ones. The sanitation grade was in the low 90's and that's not good at all. Service was quick though and the food is the food, you're either lovin' it or hatin' it. The kids loved it, but other than the occasional filet o'fish or McRib I don't dig it that much. Thankfully I was wise enough to grab me a Subway and just had a sweet tea, which pretty good, not quite Bojangles but a close second. I was having trouble with my app and was in drive thru.. robin the dept mgr... was so rude can't constantly with an attitude.. basically telling me I have a cheap phone.. which I do not I have a Verizon wireless Samsung galaxy s7 and.. As it says above, this McDonald's is as good as it gets! The food is great, and the employees are always great. One employee that waits on us frequently is Syl (Sylvester). This is one of the best McDonalds experiences I have had. After looking at the other reviews I'm a little confused. The staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was the cleanest McDonald's I have been in. My breakfast sandwich was perfect. My egg was perfect. No green around the yolk. The white and yolk cooked to just done. The bacon was perfect..not to done and not to chewy. The biscuit was fluffy but not crumbly. read more

This place is hit or miss at best. I believe the most concerning characteristic is the questionable cleanliness. I realize that McDonald's is "fast food" but over flowing waste baskets and dirty floors are unappetizing. The food is typical McDonald's but with some hooping and really loud banter from the staff. There are a few managers that attempt to reel in the motley crew, but this place is best left as a last resort for your pancakes and sausage. Coffee is usually decent. read more
