Past three times I've gone I've had to walk back in because they have forgotten my order of dirty rice. The most recent time they had me pull up to the door after waiting 12 min and they only had 4 people seated they forgot me. I had to walk in and get my food that they never made me. They weren't even busy. Will never be giving them my money again another crappy excuse of a food stop on the Eastern shore. read more

The food is good. We ordered the BLT Bo Sandwich with a side of the creamy buffalo sauce, and 2 Bo chicken sandwich combos. First of all the girl at the register was very nice and polite. The restaurant appeared to be a little busy inside, but I think the drive thru was busier. We had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. They appeared to just do the tickets in order as opposed to getting the food out as it was ready. They seemed a little overwhelmed behind the counter. The chicken sandwiches were delicious and my wife and I ordered the mashed potatoes as a side with the sausage gravy. We really enjoyed the sausage gravy on the mashed potatoes. It was a nice treat being that where we live there are no Bojangles. Just wish the service was a little faster. read more

Totally did the touristy thing and stopped hlat Bojangles on our drive home from OBX. We decided to order inside and use this as a bathroom break before continuing our drive. Big mistake as there was a family of 12+ ahead of us ordering pretty much the whole menu. They had one person filling in-store orders and another doing the drive-thru and wow did the drive-thru go faster. Immediately regretted that we didn't just go through the drive-thru. As this wasn't the crew's fault, I'll move on. Ordered the chicken sandwich which is apparently new and it was really good! Tasted similar to Popeye's but a bit spicer. Their bread also wasn't as greasy, really good! Their fries were amazing and may be some of my favorite fast food fries yet. And the sweet tea? Yes please. Classic southern fast food! I'm glad we stopped here instead of a place we could eat back home. Nothing better than eating fast food in the car on a road trip. read more

Food was good. Staff was surprisingly rude. God forbid we ask what's available for sides. Was nicer when I explained we're not from around here and have never been to Bojangles. Floors had trash all over. Bag of something left in dining corner. Most the tables were dirty. Entry way mats were disgusting. Employee with headphones in almost ran into me twice no manners no excuse me no nothing. Pretty sad I was more respectful than the staff. Only reason it's not a 1 is food was good. read more

Picked up a two piece chicken breast/wing combo. The place has a decent amount of seating inside. Staff was decent. Quickly took and filled our order. The chicken was fried up fresh. The breading is more like corn flakes; good, but I like regular breading better. The chicken flavor was tasty....so was the fresh sweet creamy coleslaw, and the mashed potatoes, which were just made from a powder mix. The gravy was good with them. Finally after wanting to try them, we were able to stop one on the way to OBX. We got the chicken and fries. Service at this spot is ok, kind of slow. They forgot to add the cheese to one of our sandwiches. I found the chicken to be pretty good overall. It has a good taste. The fries were pretty awesome. The sweet tea is 90% sugar. Go for the unsweetened if you don't want to fall into a diabetic comma. Wish there was one close by. I want to try their fried chicken meals. Next time Bo. read more

It def isn't bo time here. Tenders were drier than a bone. Mac and cheese was 1/10. Asked for ranch def didn't get it. Asked for a breakfast item and apparently they don't sell it all day. 9/1/23 My Bojangles visit in Onley, VA was outstanding! The food was fresh, Hot and plentiful. The restaurant was clean and filled with friendly staff. This is my second visit passing thru Virginia and each time my experience has been the same. The night shift manager Shaquincia is definitely doing something right. The cashier was rude and acted like I grew an extra head when I asked what sauce they had for the chicken tenders--which by the way I ordered the "spicy" and I assure you, those were not spicy or fresh. Everything was precooked and waiting in cafeteria style heating trays on the front line. The restroom floor was slippery as if they mopped the restaurant with chicken grease. I used to look forward to crossing Mason-Dixon so I could stop at a Bojangles for their succulent fried chicken. It was better than any other fast food franchises in my part of the northeast. Loved the spicy crunch, dirty rice and their excellent biscuits. Not sure what happened, but they seem to have lost their Bojo recently. The chicken now sits around under hot lamps too long, losing its hot damn pizzazz. The biscuits are still aces, but who goes there just for that? So, we were hoping for better than we got. The shop was clean, and servers friendly, but without the former star of the show we left feeling disappointed. read more

Stopped on our way back to the North. Very friendly people and good food. It met our expectations from previous Boljangles trips.

Great staff, great Cajun chicken biscuit with cheese - "change your life." Best fried chicken - we drove down from NH for it. The only place open on a Monday practically. Monday is for chicken because Sunday is for Jesus (around here apparently). read more

I like to try Bojangle's when I see one. Up north where I live, Bojangle's locations are few and far between. So when I saw this one by the side of US-13 as I was traveling up the Delmarva peninsula, I just had to stop for lunch. Service here is very sweet and polite. Always wanted to try Bojangles because I would always drive past them whenever I visited family in South Carolina. Right before I drove back up to NJ I just had to try it and ordered drumsticks and one thigh along with the biscuit, dirty rice, and their mashed potatoes. I wish I ate more because it was so good! Their dirty rice and mashed potatoes are delicious but I loved the seasoning on the fried chicken! The biscuits are incredibly soft as well! I hope to revisit this franchise soon! Not everyone can eat hot peppers, or wants to. Since they removed the option to order mild chicken, my family can no longer eat here. Popeye's gives us choices, and their chicken tastes better, anyway. Sadly, Bojangles is the only fried chicken restaurant in the county. read more

Oh man, do I wish there was a Bojangles in Massachusetts. I might have to look into buying a franchise. I pretty much stick to the chicken biscuit. Soft, buttery and delicious with super juicy chicken. That and a sweet tea and you are in your own little bit of Southern Heaven. read more

KFC who? You can't go wrong with this food for a quick bite. The Biscuits can be slightly salty but the rest of the menu is solid. The staff is friendly... Stop in for a quick bit if needed. Why 3 stars? In and out food... 3 Stars is like 4 for a sit down spot in my eyes. read more

Me and three other friends (one of which is a vegetarian) stopped in here on our way back from vacation and we got the 12 pc. tailgate special with 3 sides, a half gallon of lemonade and biscuits and it came out to a little less then 30$ and fed all of us very happily and we still had some left over! The only reason I can't give it five stars is it makes me gorge on a ridiculous amount of fried food. I'll order an eight piece box and devour the whole thing. Right across the street from my church, so I can never get it out of my head (or nose, either). The batter is legendary and the chicken is always so juicy. Their biscuits are to die for. This was a disappointment. We don't understand why fast food chains on the Eastern Shore alter their recipes from the ones that are in the city. We will no longer be making pit stops northbound. BYOF, bring your own food. Unless you like mediocre food and less than par service. read more

Came all the way from New Jersey to visit Bo'Jangles, and it definitely worth the drive. The biscuit are incredible.

I ordered a ham and cheese biscuit at the drive thru, which is a pretty simple order. I got home and discovered they had left the ham off.

Chicken is absolutely amazing and the bread is outstandingly good. Highly recommend this if you are nearby.
