Very big scammed if my time and energy

Got scammed of my food after they made me wait 25 minutes for some "Bo berry biscuits". They Said I would have to wait 5 to 10 minutes got my chicken biscuit's but never got my Bo biscuits. I called them they picked up and and knew that they hadn't given it to me and when I showed up to get them they had left the store because they had closed. I had bought 2 of them and now I have nothing. No biscuits nor my money back.

As I've stated in other reviews, this and the Lawrenceville location are definitely more consistent than the Doraville location. Admittedly, I've done drive-thru at both here and the Lawrenceville location, as opposed to Uber Eats for the Doraville one. However, when the same mistakes and new ones are made two times in a row, part of that really comes down to lack of care and attention. We ordered the southern filet biscuit, gravy biscuit, steak biscuit, and Bo' Rounds here with a pink lemonade to drink a few weeks back. We received good service and all the food was fresh and delicious. My fiancé was not hugely impressed with the steak biscuit, as he prefers real country fried steak on a plate with potatoes and gravy. Although, he did still like it and thought it was definitely a good value at $2.59 before tax. I enjoyed all the other items and had no complaints. I will continue to come to this and the Lawrenceville location for now, avoiding the Doraville one going forward.

Discovered this location accidentally today while driving back from appointment. Needed fast food and was going to grab McDonalds. Stopped in here instead, and came back for dinner later. Located off Duluth Hwy, near Satellite Blvd intersection, Bojangles promotes that they are famous for their chicken and biscuits. They also promote legendary sweet tea. The store is pretty clean on the inside and have high-top and low-top tables, along with two cool/sleek Pepsi machines (similar to Coca Cola free-style but much smaller). I've never seen a Pepsi version before, so this was unique. My lunch combo meal was under $6 (pulled pork sandwich, drink and fries). Their fries are really good, thanks to the heavy seasoning they undergo. The real kicker was my dinner. I ordered the pulled pork bowl, that comes with a biscuit. I also ordered a drink and got their sweet tea (not legendary but it was really good). Total cost was $7.72. The bowl came with pinto beans on bottom, mixed with a sweet spicy sauce, pulled pork on top of that and then their slaw on top. It was piping hot and very tasty. Enough to fill me up. The biscuit was good also, semi fluffy (a little crisp around the edges). Service was ok. I must say, I can't believe I've never eaten at Bojangles before. They've been around for some time. I'm marking them down as a go-to fast food joint now. Check them out!

Yuck!!!

Really good fried chicken! Had amazing crunch and flavor that you don't even need to use sauce. The location was clean and well kept!

Though the service was good and very professional. The cashier was funny and encouraged us to buy two bottles of water which I didn't mind since it was hot that day. We ordered the bacon cheeseburgers. I asked to put almost everything in it since it is free! I love a big sandwich. The bathroom was very clean. The cleanest bathroom room for a fast food restaurant. The guy working the register is not really helpful and I think it may be because he doesn't speak english that well and tries to hide it. I asked if my bun could be toasted well and if the burger can be cut in half and he didn't add anything on the register, then when I stared at him waiting for him to add it, he dismissively turned to the cook and said "bun". When I got the burger, the bun wasn't really toasted and it wasn't cut in half, so I sent it back. The cook was very nice about it and brought it back out with no issues. The burger was good, but all of the food was really greasy. While eating the burger, grease began to drip down my hand and the fries/onion rings still looked wet. I ate this for dinner and woke up with the absolute worst headache that lingered for 3 days... Also, just a heads up that it is a la carte, so the drink and sides were an additional cost. The impossible was an upcharge, they don't sell small drinks, then the fronion rings all came to be about $20, which was pretty expensive. The location is tucked in a Kroger parking lot and wasn't busy when I went, which was later in the evening. The inside was very clean, nice and organized. It was also quiet inside, which I liked. Overall, I probably won't come back here because of the headache it gave me, but the burger was decent

Take a look at the photos- reminds one of linch counter of the 50's and 60's - not the feel of the restaurant. Do with that what you will. Worth a stop and great service.

The facilities were modern, very clean and the staff, very kind and helpful. The food was delicious with the majority of the patrons being from Latino descent. We ordered chips with queso, 2 tamale and taco meals and a Carne Asada. Tasty, moist and flavorful tamales (one chicken and one pork with mild red sauce) as well as delicious tacos (Al pastor and birria). I've heard good things about the mole sauce but they were sold out of it. The steak was a little tough but the flavor was delicious. Honorable mention to the rice and beans and guacamole! Wow wow wow. The portions were really great also. So much so I needed a box for my taco. Overall great value with a lunch meal for 3 with an appetizer for about $50 bucks. Great experience!

We stopped by at breakfast-time and ordered: breakfast burrito: flavorful and good, plus easily split into 2 meals. comes with chips or fries. Fries were perfectly cooked and had a tasty seasoning on them. $13-14 breakfast plate: This was ok. It's billed as a scramble but is griddle scrambled and the eggs were very very hard cooked. I would prefer an overdone egg than a soft egg, so that was ok, but I would order them differently if I returned. There were lots of tomatoes, peppers and onions which was nice for flavor, but there were so many that there weren't many "curds" of scrambled eggs if that makes sense. The refried beans might be the tastiest I've ever had. The rice was "ok". The soft corn tortillas were very fresh. If not housemade, these are coming in every day for sure. $13-14 Rajas and cheese tamales: Didn't try these because of the cheese, but they were medium sized and smelled good $4 each Vegan black bean tamales: These come in banana leaves, which I've not had before. I could do without the flavor of the leaf, which is actually pronounced (this surprised me). The masa was lovely and the black bean filling was delicious and well seasoned. I like to pan fry my tamales to reheat and they were stellar the next day. $4 each The staff was friendly and handled accommodations (no dairy, corn tortillas instead of flour) smoothly. I would go again if I was in the area.
