Absolute joke. Waste of time energy and money. No communication between kitchen staff and cashiers. I called to make sure they had dirty rice and mashed potatoes, since last time they were ' out' last time. I call and they tell me that they've just dropped fresh fixings, so they'll be ready in 20. I get to the drive through, and after waiting 6 minutes at the microphone, they tell me they have 2 legs and 4 thighs left in their store. I thanked them and drove home. Close this location immediately. I've now gone here 3 times in a span of 5 days and there is always some kind of "issue". Yesterday it was "we're closed due to being understaffed" I drove around to see 4-5 employees sitting around in the dining room. Today it was "our system is currently down" which is the second time they've used that excuse and I continue around the building to see someone getting their food, which tells me the system was working just fine 2 minutes before. I was told the problem happens when "there are a lot of online orders" which tells me they are turning people away at the drive through, and was given attitude when I inquired why this keeps happening. Wow! I personally never visit bojangle but now its my favorite! It was late sunday evening i was really craving chicken! Its 20 drive to kfc and 25 min drive to popeyes... so i was driving to nearest kfc... but while i drive i saw bojangle on the way. So i was like i dont want to drive 20min so i stopped by bojangle. As soon as got in employee welcome me saying hello, welcome to bojangle and it was inside temperature was cold! So i like it! I order 8 chicken and 4 biscut with large 2 side(cole slaw and mac&cheese) but emoloyee told me i have to wait 10 min for the chicken since its sold out. So i was okay with it and employee offer me free soda! Whooray! After waiting for 6-7min they serve my food to a table! When i open the box there was 1 box of chicken and biscuit , 2 side , iced tea. Worst Bojangles I've ever been to, period. I can't review the food because I've never been served. Sat in the drive through for 20min and it never moved. Decided to go inside in hopes that someone was actually running the restaurant only to find a disorganized line of people all scratching their heads. Behind the counter are two, obviously stressed out employees doing absolutely nothing. A few buzzers and timers going off in the kitchen tells me they were understaffed and untrained. The owner of this franchise should close their doors until they can properly staff this place with enough people that it can be considered "fast food". First time my family had ever tried this place. Great service and great food. An employee was working alone and ensured we had everything we ordered and more. I got a well done cajun filet biscuit with cheese. The chicken was definitely hot and melted the cheese nicely. To be cajun it wasnt spicy at all. Stopped by this Bojangles about 10:15 on Sunday morning to buy the wife and two grandkids a mid-morning snack. We ordered chicken, sausage and steak biscuits and a grilled chicken salad (plus drinks). When we pulled in there were 6 cars in the drive through line and two people ahead of me in the inside line. I had to stand for about 10 minutes to get my order (while watching one woman bring back her order twice to get it corrected). My salad was put on the tray in front of me and then taken off to set on the side for the drive through. I believe there were 9 people waiting in the order line when I finally got my food. The biscuits were cold, hard and flavorless. My wife ate part of the salad and we decided to leave. Not sure what is wrong since this was my first time to visit this Bojangles. It appeared that they did not have enough employees available. The food taste and temperature were not good. I regularly visit a Bojangles in Columbia, SC and their food, service and attitude are great - this Bojangles needs improvement. read more

There was one person in front of me but this guy had one of those complicated orders where he kept adding things and changing things. This, combined with a new cashier took about 10 minutes just to get my order in. Then, once it was in, it took another 20 min to get my food. I only get 30m for lunch. The manager was a little rude when he asked what was I waiting for. It seemed like they had gotten the tickets mixed up. Worst fried chicken that I have had in Atlanta. The chicken fat was not trim properly, so there were buckets full of hot chicken oil exploding out when I bit into the chicken. That's not what I would expect in "juicy" fried chicken. There were a thick coat of flour that came out to be hard as a rock after it was fried. The only good thing in this chicken place was their biscuits. They were fluffy and buttery. The employee was friendly and helpful, but the manager was very rude.
