02/23/2026 Once I found out that Bojangles had fish, I just had to try it! Honestly, I stated I was done with this location, but my husband talked me in to giving them another try. The sandwich is called the Bojangles Bojangler fish sandwich. It's an Alaskan pollock fillet which sounded tempting! I have to say once I saw it I wasn't impressed by the looks of it. Pretty much looked as if everything was slapped on. After tasting it I will say it was good. The fish had a crispy and flaky texture on a toasted bun with tater sauce, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Overall it was good. I will order it again, and hopefully it will be prepared much better than what I ordered tonight. As for customer service, it was okay. It wasn't a long wait as usual. It was a quick in and out pickup. Will I order here again? Hmm, my gut feeling says to visit another location:) read more

They're always out of everything and the chicken is either never cooked 15-25 minutes wait or fried in old grease. The employees have attitudes and/or too playful. They pull you up and forget about you. read more

They were out of sandwiches and had turned off the grill 45m before closing. Seems like an odd practice to essentially close so early.

They did not include my honey mustard in any of my meals...I had 3 tender meals...highly disappointed

I'd recommend anyone reading this review choose a different location or a different restaurant altogether based on the fact that this Bojangles location has very rude and aggressive employees. Additionally, employees are not wearing gloves or wearing masks properly when handling food. It's not a safe place to eat, I didn't even feel comfortable eating my food due to how Keith treated me, so I ended up throwing it away. read more

The order intercom is broken and the guy at the window had an attitude. His response when we pulled around to the window and let him know the intercom wasn't working, " what y'all want?" Like we are in the hood or something. The lady also had an attitude when we politely asked for BO rounds. She said" we ain't got none. This Bojangles needs new management and crew members because the current ones here need some serious guidance. read more

Updated review Not sure what has happen. I get there a few mornings ago. Standing at the cash register. I am there 5 min. Final someone from the back yells "hey so and so you have a customer ". Still no one came up front 2 min later i hear "hey so and so you have a customer up front. Once again no one. I left i was so mad because i did not have time to go somewhere else. I waited a few days to do this review so today i changed my 5 stars to 2 so saf Old review Bojangles did great today. They were packed people standing outside. They still was able to take our order and serve us fast. The food was good as always. They only had bottle water and orange juice to drink. Stopped by here as I was passing through Columbia and what a terrible experience. The staff were all yelling and making jokes to each other so loud that the guy taking our order couldn't even hear us. Then we got our order and it was wrong so we had to go back through and again no one could hear anything. The food was average bojangles when we finally got it. Will not go back. read more

The food is good but the staff is horrible! They are all over the place and don't know what bo size means! One of the ladies were arguing with me and my boyfriend over giving us a medium fry for the bo-sized combo! They couldn't remember what we ordered and had to look at our receipt. Every time I come to this Bojangles, the employees are incredibly rude and unhappy to be working. The food is not consistent either. Sometimes the food is dry and old, sometimes it's fresh but over cooked, other times is just fine. I would recommend not coming to this location. Popeyes is right down the road. read more

Wow! I have never eaten from this establishment prior to today. We went through the drive through on our way back to Texas. I was expecting to eat the normal chicken tenders and fries. You know, the norm expected when ordering a chicken tender combo. No....this was different. It was by far the best chicken tender combo I have ever had. The tenders were as expected, crispy, delicious, and with just the right amount of seasoning. Now the fries....oh the fries. I did not want my bag of fries to ever go empty. I even fished around the bottom of my box for the stragglers and found three more treasures. The fries are a little smaller than steak fries with what tasted like a hyped up version of Lawrys season salt. So delicious! The combo also came with a scrumptious biscuit. They were out of BBQ sauce at 1:00 p.m. so we got the honey mustard instead. If you like honey mustard then you will be one happy camper. The cashier at the window could have smiled, but we are not from here so this may be the norm for customer service in these parts. They got our order right so that was a plus. If you haven't eaten here yet, you don't know what you're missing. Yum! Prices are great and reasonable. Can't rate the inside as we did not go in. read more

We are traveling home from Florida. I called to make sure this Bojangles had Homestyle Tenders as my children cannot handle the spice of the others. We ordered two kids meals with applesauce. So disappointed as we were down the road and opened their dinner to find spicy tenders and fries! This Bojangles was not crowded at all but the workers were not careful or paying attention at all to what was ordered. read more

The worst service I've had at a bojangles they told us it would be 4 minutes on borounds and we ended up waiting 20 minutes while they was constant giving out borounds to customers behind us. Last night on Jan. 28, 2019 my cousin had a taste for Bojangles after getting out of the hospital and we decided to patronize the Bojangles on Garners Ferry Road and to our disappointment, we got the worst service and food ever! We placed our order at 9:11PM and when we were deciding on what we wanted, the cashier informed us that they don't have any more dirty rice. We made another selection and proceeded to drive to the window to pay for our food. After we received our food and proceeded to pull of, we noticed that our fries were cold. We went around the building and back to the window to inform the cashier of this problem and she told us to pull up by the side door. We pull up to the side door and after 15minutes, we still had not received our hot fries so I called inside and ask them what was the problem. By this time, our initial order was cold and when my cousin looked into his box at his mashed potatoes and gravy, he noticed that it was white biscuit gravy on it instead of the brown gravy. We really wanted the dirty rice, but the young ladies were too ready to go home to make a new batch of dirty rice! This was horrible service and I will not be making another trip to this establishment nor send anyone else here for this horrible service. I need the General Manager to throw this whole crew away and start over fresh. read more
