Recently visited this location, inside. I did not see the rude girl at drive thru window. I did visibly see the manager managing the employees in the back, this may indicate some changes been made to try and improve. My customer service from the inside employees was ten times better than previously. If the service continues well reputation will improve. read more

if I could give a lower score I would. food is okay, service is terrible. being the only customer in line, I still had to wait over 5 minutes to get served. two out of the last 3 times I visited, it was cash only. no sign warning you. half the time, there aren't drink carriers. it's obvious this placed could do well if it was managed better. read more

This stop was very good and tasted amazing after the long drive we are making we had a nice worker take our order and got our food quickly and we enjoyed our food the only change we would make is butter for the biscuit and a cleaner environment but overal good!! read more

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with welcoming enthusiasm and great smiles. The staff here went above and beyond to make us feel nothing but amazing - even without knowing we were first-time Bo's guests. After learning, they helped us make ordering decisions with honesty and great guidance. The interior of the restaurant could use some love aesthetically, but it's no surprise the staff keeps the place spotless. 10/10 staff - but a restaurant is only as good as the food. And the food was flipping great. We had Zaxby's the day before, and safe to say the food at Bojangles was much better. From the chicken, to the sauces, to the seasoning on the French fries. Have always heard about Bojangles but have never been....we were on our way to the hotel so decided to stop and pick us up some to eat. BIG MISTAKE....we asked the man on the intercom to give us a minute because we had never been here before...once we were ready and started placing our order he says we are all out of white meat...then he proceed to tell us all of the things they don't have then informed us because they will be closing in the next 50 minutes. First...when i told him to give us a minute why he didn't inform us of the selections that he did not have at that time? They were out of everything except some dark meat, fries, slaw and a couple of other items. He even said we have rice but it's so dry I would not sell it to you and must have repeated several times we are closing now in 45 minutes. We get to the window and I must say there were not very friendly at all when we asked for anything he would say it's in the bag. We went on after spending about $13 to the hotel to see what the hype was all about. All I'm going to say is if you were goidng to close in the now 45 minutes and not fix anymore FRESH food then simply close the door because the leg and thigh was old and not fresh, the fried were not bad nor the cold slaw but the star of the show...the CHICKEN was a fail...after talking to a few people they said it's usually good and I need to try another location which I will do when I drive south again read more

Food was very spicy because the worker who was up front and saying "GD" (cuss word) said he has ADHD. The fries was over salted by him him as well. The workers were turning people away so they could eat Zaxby's they had just purchased from across the street. Don't stop here if you can help it. Very rude and disrespectful workers. Vulgar language inside the restaurant while customers were around. Dining area was not clean. Bathrooms with not clean. In the past six months the food has gone to absolute garbage no consistency the oil never seems to be hot enough to cook the french fries or the borounds so everything comes out soggy and saturated in oil. Obviously there's issues with people being able to find anybody to work . I've never had a rude employee however food quality has gone down the drain And it always takes about 30 minutes in the drive-through line to get through. Not to forget when you do get your food quantity is way down (maybe bc shortage but why do we pay the same amount for way less food ). My large bo rounds and fries on countless times now look like a small, last time I got 5 rounds in a large you couldn't even see them in the container they come in. There is no point in calling they won't answer and they don't come to the door so you have to wait in drive through line for 30 min or so before talking to anyone and at that point I'm not comfortable. We deal with food allergen issues so this restaurant is our only option on our exit safe for a "quick " stop but this is going to have to stop until changes are made quality and quantity aren't what they were read more

1 star is honestly too many. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I am trying to do everyone a favor and warn you to AVOID AVOID AVOID. By far some of the WORST service I have ever had anywhere! I waited in the drive-through for 45 minutes! There were 7 other vehicles waiting for their food as well. This is ridiculous. I finally went inside, and they were magically able to get my order to me right away. They truly earn the nickname my spouse gave them: "Slowjangle's". This Bojangles unfortunately is an example of the classic restaurant treat hires a bunch of high schoolers and runs off the good employees. The wait time as ridiculous and the management was very inappropriate as I spoke with them on the issue I was having. Excellent Bojangles experience. We had a large order, 6 meals, through the drive thru. The girl that took our order was polite and got everything correct on the first try. That doesn't always happen with fast food. Then when we pulled up to the window, everything was efficiently handled and our order was correct, with nothing missing for any of the 6 meals. the customer service SUCKS. the last time I came here I literally waited 37 minutes for food.
