When we arrived there was so much chaos behind the counter. Looked as if there were way too many employees getting in each others way. I could have given them plenty of work to do if they just asked. The tables in the dining area all needed to be cleaned and sanitized. The girl taking our order inside didn't even know that they offered chicken sandwiches. I was skeptical of stopping by here due to the reviews. But I was in the area and we do not have Bojangles in Houston so I took a chance. My supreme combo was fresh and delicious. This Bojangles is the absolute worse restaurant I've ever been to . The person talking my order was laughing with other workers the entire time I was ordering in the drive thru line . I had $20 worth of breakfast to order and I had to repeat each item 3 times or more ! She kept interupting me so it was grueling ! Then after I paid they told me they were out of bacon and had to cook sweet potato pies . So I had to pull up And wait for pies while they cooked and my $20 order of bisquits , bo rounds and gravy bisquits got cold ! They gave me someone else's food I went though the bag and went to give them this food back to get what I ordered and they took the bag did not look to see everything had been unraveled inside and gave it to the guy waiting in the drive though. That is not safe. This place has got to have the world record in not being able to get a order right. I might stop by once or twice a month to get breakfast on the way to work. I can't think of a single time they got the order right. The charge to much for a chicken/egg/chesse biscuit to alway give you a sausage biscuit or just chicken. You will alway have to go back inside to get what you ordered. We ordered a tail gate meal just to get home and notice that they forgot to but the chicken in the box. Ummmmm. I've eaten here I think 4-5 times (my guy likes to stop here from time to time, I just eat his fries). Nothing special - the service is ALRIGHT, nothing great. Horrible service. I ordered ahead on their app, which told me my food would be ready in 6 minutes and to go through the drive thru. It took me 12 minutes to get there. When I got there, I was informed that I would have to come inside to get my food. What was the point of using the app then??? I go inside, expecting my food to be ready and waiting at the counter for pick up, after passing a huge sign on the store advertising the app (Use the app, skip the line!). I go to it, and the food has not even been prepared yet. They have to ask me what I ordered. SO WHAT IS THE POINT??? I might as well have just not ordered ahead, and gone through the drive thru, at least then I wouldn't have had to get out of my car. Just left the drive through got home to realize i didn't get all my food. Would call and complain but what does that do when the service was rude in the first place? And also didn't have the time or the patience to go back and deal with the long wait again...
