There are two owner / operators of this business and our experience working with one of them,…read moreJordan, was top notch both for the good customer service business practices and for the excellent quality of the detailing of our MDX. Since moving to Boise area in 2014 and in the "before days" of covid19 business interruptions we had our SUV detailed annually at a local dealer where they did a great job. But in 2020 that came to a halt and we also put a lot of 'dirt and grime' outside and in miles on the car with frequent trips back and forth to Central Oregon to care for an ill family member between late 2019 and mid 2021. So starting with a vehicle that had not been detailed in over two years, Jordan did a fantastic job and it was so convenient to have this done right in our garage. There are four levels of detailing and a menu of the work done in each can be found at their web site along with pricing for various vehicle sizes. The quality of the work was worth every dollar and a gratuity. https://idahoexpressdetail.com/home/booking/ Scheduling was easy to do, my husband did it on line and they sent a text to confirm the appointment, showed up on the scheduled day and Jordan even texted prior to appointment to say he was ahead of schedule and wanting to know if we would be OK with him being a little early. Yes, of course! If it was typical for the wait interval, there was only a week's wait to get the work done. We'll use Idaho Express Detail again next year and recommend them to others.

I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with Idaho Express Detailing and the owner Dustin…read more I scheduled an interior detail of my car including carpets cleaned and was quoted $300 for 3-4 hours of work. It was supposed to include a carpet clean so I asked him to give the front carpets a little TLC and that he didn't have to steam clean the floor carpets in the backseat. He was supposed to be there several hours so I was going to leave work in time to meet him there to check out the job and pay him but he called me an hour and a half into the job and said he was done. He said my carpets look great and he wanted to get paid. I took it in good faith that he had cleaned my car like we had talked about so my husband paid him $300 cash. When I got home and checked out the cleaning job, I was mortified. He didn't clean the interior of my car at all. He forgot to vacuum a lot of it, and didn't put any cleaner on my carpets, he just steam cleaned them. I paid for a full service and what I got was a front floor carpet clean for $300. I got a hold of the owner told him I was disappointed and that I wanted either him to come back and finish cleaning it or give me back half my money. He said he would call me on Friday and I never heard back from him. I texted him again yesterday and asked him to come back and finish cleaning my car and I still have not heard back from him. He made mention that he was going to take my cash and go get a new tattoo which he obviously did in lieu of cleaning my car. Highly disappointed in the treatment I got from this business owner and even more disappointed in the service I received. These pictures are after I paid $300 to have my car cleaned. I would NOT recommend Idaho Express Detailing to anyone.

Kellen...you're a rock star! We hired Eagle Elite Mobile Auto Detail to detail our "new" 2021…read moreCadillac XT6 that we had just purchased days ago. It was very easy booking Kellen, our appointment was only 3 days out from our booking date. Kellen arrived right on time and after a quick vehicle inspection, he was off and running. Our Cadillac's paint is black and had some swirl marks and scratches. Our interior had some minor scuffs on the plastic and leather seats. Kellen did the most amazing job removing all of the swirl and scuff marks. 99% of any minor scratches were buffed out. The black paint looks like a mirror now. It's absolutely beautiful. He's absolutely right, he said our car will look better than it did on the showroom floor. I will say this, we have purchased our fare share of new cars. NOTHING we have ever purchased has looked as great as our Cadillac looks today. Our 3 year old XT6 looks like it is brand new again and we couldn't be any happier. We are genuinely amazed at the final product. Kellen, you did some amazing detailing magic and we are throughly impressed! If you are reading this and still wondering if you should hire Eagle Elite Mobile Auto Detail, stop reading and give Kellen a call, you won't regret it. Thank you Kellen, you are the KING of Mobile Automobile Detailing! Every photo shows off your magic.

Chris has been in business since Garden City was a little seedier. They are OG Idaho residents. I called, asked for a quote for the interior of my car and I got a quick response. I booked it for 10 days down the road and took it in. My 4Runner headliner was A MESS from dust, water and who knows what being sucked in through the back window. Headliner looks great, carpet restored to new, vinyl looks amazing, and the tired leather has it's original luster. Go see Chris and his team, they did a fantastic job. He even offered me a ride home when I thought I'd have to use Uber, so I added a little "thank you" to his fee.

Answer: 10 Comments: I would rate Wizard Auto Specialties as a 100+. I was recommended by two other Body Shops to visit Wizard Auto Specialties for my GMC as it was severely damaged by a large truck. Their reputation is stellar! My experience was awesome as I had been getting the run around by another Body shop owned by a National Chain. I was at the end of my rope until I spoke with Tracey at Wizard over the phone and set up an appointment. I met with Tracey and her brother Greg. After meeting with them and learning about their family owned business of (38) plus years I knew in my heart they were the folks I wanted to work with. I walked out of the meeting feeling completely stress free and relieved that I was in good hands. Their level of expertise, attention to detail and integrity is second to none.
